I was trained by Chuck Hard's staff 32 years ago. His mastery of learning to drive was so strong back in the 80's that many instructors would leave his school and start their own school, making his legacy of his competent gentle teaching, spread all over San Diego. His style of teaching may influence as much as 1/3 of all driving schools even today. As I was teaching a student today learning how to use the steering wheel for the first time, it brought back memories of my training so many years ago. I was watching his video on learning to use the steering wheel where you see this gentle competent teaching style that is only Chuck Hard. A style that I promote strongly in my school still 32 years later. I am part of Chuck's legacy like so many driving schools.
