just to let everyone know, do not use Surepass in Aberdeen, Rob the instructor takes your money then cancels lessons for no reason and keeps your money, contacting Surepass is a waste of time as they are not prepared to help. I have started a claim via the small claims court in Aberdeen to get the money back Rob has stolen. Rob also works under the L2D driving training name in Aberdeen. If you look him upp you will find he has taken a lot of peoples money and refuses to refun...d! learners beware of Surepass Aberdeen and L2D, instructors name Rob, stay well clear he is a thief. I would like to thank surepass and my instructor Mike connelly for the fantastic tuition I received, I would fully recommended Mike connelly to anyone wanting to pass their test. He is patient, kind and professional. I've thoroughly enjoyed each and every lesson. He had every confidence in me from start to finish and I in him.Im going to book my pass plus with Mike if he wants to go for round two � Big thumbs up from me

First, I want to rate my instructor Helen Whelan. She was very supporting and always had a huge smile. Since day one, it felt like I knew her years back. Great instructor! Second I would like to rate Surepass, when I contacted them the first time, I was immediately assigned an instructor and was told that I'll be contacted very shortly. I waited for a few days but no calls. So I called back, the lady from Surepass (called Sheila) apologised and got another instructor to conta...ct me and this time it was Helen, who called me back in less than 5 minutes after ending my call with Sheila. After around half an hour, Sheila called me again to check that I was contacted by the instructor she reassigned me, which made me realise how committed she was for her work and cared about the reputation of the school. My experience was great and very supporting. P.S. Just so that people reading this review think I gave a negative review, but the problem was from the instructor not Surepass, plus they probably had a busy schedule and needed time to sort it out before getting in touch. I signed up for a 30 hour course over the summer and it was amazing. My instructor, Mike, kept me calm and collected throughout my course and his teaching style made the drives very enjoyable and low stress. He was always punctual and he organised the sessions around my schedule perfectly. I highly recommend you take your driving lessons with him and surepass :) good luck!

I passed my driving test 1st time today at Atherton with only 3 minors after a 20 hour driving course with Craig Baker. Craig is a great instructor who made me feel confident after years of putting off driving due to a bad instructor, I couldn't recommend learning with Craig enough he made even the most difficult aspects of driving easy and straight forward can't thank him enough cheers Craig �

It's 23 years since I got my provisional licence and after taking an extended pause in learning, I found myself thinking that driving was really not for me. I had no confidence. I hated driving. And I thought there was no way I could come back to roads that are a lot more daunting than when I first had lessons. It took my husband, Ian Parsonage Adi, to convince me to give it a go. I was skeptical but I've been his passenger for 18 years and if anyone was more competent and s...afe to teach me, I knew it was him. Today I finally passed my driving test and the turn around for me is amazing... I am so thankful to him for his support, his patience, his skill and his unwavering belief that I could do it. I know people may think I am biased but he is amazing at his job and I am proud of the investment he puts into all of his pupils and how much he cares about their successes. The fact I'm holding a driving test pass certificate today and not a divorce certificate is proof enough. Thank you Ian, I couldn't have done it without you. See More

I Did a 20 hours Fast Pass Course with my instructor Vicki Hulse and passed first time on my test. Couldn't recommend both Sure Pass or Vicki any more. Sure Pass were great at advising which course to choose over the phone, and were happy to take the time to make sure we had chosen the best one available. Prices are very reasonable and are flexible as you can pay in instalments. And Vicki is a thorough, professional and very knowledgable instructor who works wonders!... I did lessons with Graeme Jenkins and passed first time in Airdrie test centre. Graeme was amazing instructor. I had already took 10+ lessons with another instructor before giving up and hadn't took a lesson in 3/4 years due to nerves. Graeme makes you feel totally at ease, explains things thoroughly and when you're having an off day he definitely helps you through it and makes lessons an enjoyable experience. I wouldn't have been able to pass 1st time and actually enjoy driving if it wasn't for him� gent of a guy!

I passed 1st time with a 1 week 30hrs quick pass with Instructor Adrian Devall.. I Wouldn't off pass without him l!! all credit is to him for helping me to pass!! 30hr quick pass isn't for everyone it was hard work. And frustrating at times but u need to be able to calm down and start again as you may have 4hrs to go. I advices every one to do a quick pass. And I only got 5 faults!! Big thank you again to Adrian Devall fantastic instructor!!! And surepass ���

Ian Parsonage is quite literally the only reason I passed my test. I'd had 2 other instructors and neither could help me and I was learning for over 2 years. I'd given up hope before I spoke to Ian. The mans understanding, patience, good humour and skill is a testament to not only surepass, but the industry as a whole. He was especially understanding and professional around my special needs with driving concerning anxiety and Diabetes. I couldn't recommend Ian for drivers in the north west enough. Thanks again

I signed up for a 30 hour course over the summer and it was amazing. My instructor, Mike, kept me calm and collected throughout my course and his teaching style made the drives very enjoyable and low stress. He was always punctual and he organised the sessions around my schedule perfectly. I highly recommend you take your driving lessons with him and surepass :) good luck!

It's 23 years since I got my provisional licence and after taking an extended pause in learning, I found myself thinking that driving was really not for me. I had no confidence. I hated driving. And I thought there was no way I could come back to roads that are a lot more daunting than when I first had lessons. It took my husband, Ian Parsonage Adi, to convince me to give it a go. I had already took 10+ lessons with another instructor before giving up and hadn't took a lesson in 3/4 years due to nerves. Ian Parsonage is quite literally the only reason I passed my test. I'd had 2 other instructors and neither could help me and I was learning for over 2 years. I'd given up hope before I spoke to Ian. The mans understanding, patience, good humour and skill is a testament to not only surepass, but the industry as a whole. He was especially understanding and professional around my special needs with driving concerning anxiety and Diabetes. I couldn't recommend Ian for drivers in the north west enough. Thanks again
