Kenn is a great instructor, a very cheery happy person whom you feel comfortable driving with. Will have to go against all negative reviews and definitely recommend to those who feel uncomfortable driving with new people as Kenn goes out his way to ensure the learner is happy with there outcome. Ken is a lovely man. I had been thru so many different instructors before that were awful. They were not intrested in teaching me rather than taking my money. I was not advancing any further forward. i was almost ready to give up as i was so dishearted. I came across ken muir from searching online and i gave him a try. I found him to be so paitent so friendly and fun. He put me at ease when driving and my confidence started to improve so quickly. I made many of a mistakes not once did he get annoyed or upset with me unlike other instructors had before which then left me very unconfident. Ken got that confidence bk up in me just by his nature. Paitence of a saint and that is no word of a lie. I passed second time with few minors and all thanks to ken for not giving up on me. I will always be grateful for the skills ken taught me. I see a few bad reviews here about ken only being about money. That is a complete rubbish. I had cancelled last min a few times with ken as i had sick children and ken was very understanding. I even went into labour lol had to cancel short notice. He understood. On one occasion my son was at hospital i was late for a lesson but ken waited on me and i never missed out. Not many would do that for u. Ken is a lovely man. I dont feel he was over priced either. I had full lessons with full instruction and i came on leaps and bounds with ken. Not once did i ever get the impression he was only out for money even thou this is his lively hood. He needs to make a living the same as anyone else. He was focus on teaching and getting u to the test pass not at all just after ur money. Its a shame someone would even say that about him tbh. I wonder if they reviews is fake or a mistake of identity as that is not the man ken is being described here. Anyone who has lessons with ken would tell u the same. I find it a bit shocking in one review someone waz annoyed becos they had to pay him lol. I dont thing anyone would work for free in this world. £27 an hour. Dearest by far do not waste your time. nothing is explained clear enough. If your going to try him. Try someone else alongside that will definitely be cheaper. Always best to try get a feel for a different instructor anyway. I Guarantee your second option will be the better choice. I'd even put my money where my mouth is.......He deletes negative reviews !. There's a reason he is always available most INTSRUCTORS are fully booked. His cancellation policy should ring alarm bells from the start. Positive reviews only found on HIS WEBSITE.
