Do not use.
I arranged for 5 lessons to begin with (explaining I wanted to get through the test relatively quickly) and 1 hour before my first lesson the instructor text me to say he was stuck in London and he couldn't make it. That was 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for him to re-arrange that lesson.
