Booked HGV lessons to do my test last year. I was nearly two hours late starting lesson as lorry had broken down and also had a leak in its diesel tank. No negative comments about instructors however and Allister even bought me lunch and was kind enough to pick me up from home. The girls answering the telephone were also very helpful and polite.
