Can't recommend Martin enough. A calm and patient instructor, he got me through my test on my first attempt with him. Having failed once before him I thought it would take a couple more attempts but with his guidance I got a good pass!! Thanks Martin!!

Just passed my test today on the 2nd try and I’m over the moon. I had Steven who is a great instructor. He made me feel at ease in my lessons which helped me to get over my nervousness on the road. Would definitely recommend to everyone! 😊👍

I have just passed my test first time all thanks to my fantastic instructor Martin. Cannot recommend enough as he was always positive with my driving, encouraged me and made every lesson a fun learning experience. I would highly recommend Martin and Accelerate! I purchased lessons online on the 20th July. Received absolutely no contact from the business to arrange my lessons after one week, following this I emailed/called on numerous occasions.I had to finally contact Accelerate requesting a full refund after two weeks of no response.Refund issued.However,I still received no communication or apology. Very poor customer service, communication and reliability.

This company will cancel your lesson and NOT TELL YOU IT'S CANCELLED then have the cheek to CHARGE you for the lesson and refuse to give you a refund. Twice they cancelled lessons without telling us and my girlfriend sat waiting on the instructor to arrive. The worst company I have ever dealt with and would prepare yourself to be out of pocket if you use them. A complete lack of organisation throughout stay well clear.

Didn't inform my mum or I that there was a six month validity on taking lessons which had been block bought. My mum got them for me as a birthday gift. I'm very nervous about learning to drive and too...
Didn't inform my mum or I that there was a six month validity on taking lessons which had been block bought. My mum got them for me as a birthday gift. I'm very nervous about learning to drive and took a while to pluck up the courage only to be told they were gone. Money taken, no lessons, no refund. Ridiculous. I had initially contacted them and they said to phone when I was ready. No mention there either of a validity period.
