Bill is an excellent driving instructor with loads of experience. I was initially very nervous to learn to drive but he understood what it took to prepare me practically and mentally. As a nervous driver who gave up trying 20 years ago, I started lessons with Bill after many people in Helensburgh recommended him. I couldn't have asked or wished for more, he is an amazing instructor who not only prepared me practically but also mentally for my test. Bill is by far the best instructor I have had lessons with (and there was a few). He knows his stuff and will go the extra mile to encourage and prepare you. He is a lovely guy who really puts you at ease from day one. Everyone is different when it comes to driving and Bill absolutely understands this.
