I had a very horrible experience! From day ONE they were always late when picking me up for my lessons during my lunch hour at work. Not to mention that in the 10 lessons I had with them I got a new driver after every three lessons! They have this car that I didn't like driving with and when I called the offices to ask them to use the other car the lady at reception laughed at me and said it's okay they will let me use the other car. Come the day of lessons, it's the same car I asked not to use. So in other words they have no regards to client satisfaction and no regard for client wants and needs. Last but not least , on the day of my driver's test I scheduled a lesson an hour before. My driver arrives an hour late. No one even bothered calling me! I had to call him after 20 min of waiting! 10 min after I called my driver then the lady at reception calls to apologise. Never mind the time wasted, I didn't manage to have my practice because my driver was late. And when asked why he was late he said they only had one car today so he had to wait for a some other lady to finish testing. Bad management! When I went back after my test to get a refund for the lesson that I didn't have it was refused. I would understand if I was the one who was late but for goodness sake my DRIVER WAS LATE ( because of their poor planning ) and my refund was still refused. Spoke to the manager who sat on the couch with his feet in the air when addressing me! Goes to show how much they appreciate customers! And they had a problem with me booking in Krugersdorp! They scared I won't make money for their bribe seeking friends in Randburg. Very appalled. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Save your money and go elsewhere!
