Gono is a great instructor, very experienced. He also understand and adapt to my experience on driving. Very clear instructions and tectonics. Most importantly, he built up my confidence level and taught me how to observe and react to the situation, which has the hazard potential. Their service and teaching style was abysmal and not professional. The instructor expected me to know how to park despite mentioning several times before that I was unable to and needed to learn. As opposed to teaching me first hand, they just did the parking for me without explaining what they were doing. The instructor was not articulate and could not state between "can" and "can't", was given sarcastic rhetorical questions when asking questions about traffic rules which were unhelpful and would give last second directions. Additionally, I received contradictory information about indicating and changing lanes when there is a traffic light. The instructor was constantly touching the steering wheel whilst I was driving with no feedback as to why they were manoeuvring or explaining on how I could improve. The most appalling bit was being overcharged DESPITE a clear discounted price stated on website. I highly suggest to not take lesson from this company unless you wish to spend $55 per hour to be yelled at and receive no adequate driving lessons. Read Less
