I think that he might be a good instructor but his arrogance and immaturity is displayed in his actions a few weeks ago. My son is quite a good driver but he wanted to go around the course with an instructor, so I engaged Ross at “topcontrol”. We had an appointment for 7:55 but were running a little late. I was trying to call him before 8am but he did not answer his phone. We got there at 8:04 and no one was in sight. I ended up speaking with him and all I got was a childish reply. He demanded the full payment in cash for him to come back. I ended up paying him $50 instead of $60(it was in my car) but my son lost 20 minutes of the lesson instead of just 5 minutes. I wouldn’t take my daughter to him. The only reason I was unhappy with paying the full amount was because he was not there when we arrived and did not answer his phone when I tried to call him earlier. Read Less
