I have nothing but incredible things to say about Rick and Gail from Patience Plus. Starting lessons with Rick truly changed my life. Before learning with Rick, the idea of being on the road with other cars completely overwhelmed me. My confidence was nonexistent, and I was genuinely close to giving up on driving altogether. After just one hour-long lesson with Rick, I finished feeling absolutely elated. In that single lesson, I made more progress than I had in the entire 12 months of already having my license. Rick has an amazing ability to explain things in a clear, calm, and easy to understand way. He even uses printed road diagrams to walk you through different situations and road rules before you have to attempt them yourself, making sure you are feeling confident. His patience, care, and dedication to his students shine through in everything he does. Thanks to Rick, I passed my driving test today, something I truly never thought I would be able to say. Rick also went completely out of his way to fit in a very last-minute lesson with me while he was on holiday, just before my test. That alone speaks volumes about the kind of person and instructor he is. And my praise doesn’t stop with Rick, Gail is just as incredible. She takes such wonderful care of every Patience Plus student, always ensuring lessons fit individual schedules and sending thoughtful reminders so nothing is ever forgotten. Gail is the kindest soul. On the day of my test, she sat with me while I waited, talking with me and wishing me luck. It was my first time meeting her in person, and the warmth and genuine care she showed meant more to me than she’ll ever know. It truly reflects the love and kindness that both Rick and Gail pour into everything they do. I could not recommend Rick, Gail, and Patience Plus more highly to anyone learning to drive. They are truly some of the most remarkable people I’ve ever met, and I will always be grateful for everything they’ve done for me.
