I was trying to schedule a drive time with the secretary and they were booked out two weeks. I explained to her that my son was scheduled for his drivers test in 3.5 weeks. And then asked if they can only schedule 1 a week or if he could do two cuz due to our schedules & his work schedule it was hard to set these up. He doesn’t get his work schedule very much in advance. She asked me to hang on & had mentioned it to Gary the owner who gets on the phone and acted very unprofessional & started yelling that he was not about to schedule 5 drive times in 2 weeks & just kept going on. I tried explaining that he didn’t need 5 drive times I had 2 more to schedule and between our schedules it was hard to schedule these. He wouldn’t even let me talk. My kid standing several feet away from me could hear him through my phone. I simply needed to know if it was possible or I would reshedule his test. I have never in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional and I will never recommend them to anyone!! Read Less
