Beyond unprofessional. Called to schedule an appointment for my knowledge test and they didn’t take any information down. arrived 30 minutes early, to no avail, and no one showed up past an hour of waiting. When I called to see what the hold up was, I was told that no one would be in the office until 4. I told the man on the phone that I had an appointment and he told me someone probably forgot to write it down before hanging up. As a driving school, this is the place you take your kid that needs to get their liscense before 18 for cheap. Be ready to quote the price you found online because they will try to upsell you. Lessons in class consist of copying the driving manual page for page and drives don’t have much on the teaching side. Worse still, many of the instructors have a terrible habit of losing their cool and berating students while driving. The worse part may be that at least two of the instructors have accents that for some may require a repeat of instructions. They don’t like that. And they really don’t like it when you tell them it’s because you ou can’t understand them... which is weird because they know they have accents. Read Less

After paying almost $400 for a driving course when it finally comes to doing the driving instruction the person who schedules the appointments gives a different time than the person who is actually administering the driving instruction. The person who does the driving instruction says the woman who schedules the test doesn't know what she's talking about. The woman who scheduled the driving test says that the driving instructor doesn't know what he's talking about. But then they want to charge or fine $35 for missing the driving test schedule. Plus they withhold information in the written test classes because you didn't get them done the day before. Beautiful, Top Flight management system here going on at this Scam School for driving.
