The people who are running this place are doing a great job! Back in 2016, I passed my road test here from the first try. Scheduling it online was very easy and convenient. I was in and out in about half an hour! I even arrived early and they let me take the test right away without having to wait for my appointment. I went to ABC after failing twice at Safety first. The driving school as well as the instructor is far far better compared to safety first. I will strongly suggest this place to everyone. Don't waste your money on safety first. Read Less

OK, so I'm 37, never had my license nor have I driven due to a traumatic circumstance in my past.   I've been dreading the day I actually have to do it.  Just thinking about it gave me panick attacks!  I found this place online, and I went in to take the written test.  Passed that and signed up for driving courses,....which I was terrified of.   Came in for my first course and I met Steve the instructor/ owner.  I was so scared and I explained it to him,  he was very understanding.   He was very calm but direct, Steve is an excellent teacher,  I was very impressed! He took me out 3 times,  never lost his patience,  and explained things very well.   After the third course I took the diving test and passed!  Steve gave me the confidence  and  skills set that I needed to feel comfortable on the road,...I'm really happy.   His wife Megan is really really nice also,  both very professional.   Definitely recommend this place! Absolutely the best driving school in Seattle.  After an atrocious experience at another school run by retired police officers, we were so pleased to try again with ABC Driving School.  Patient instructors, clear instruction, safe location, friendly, well run, great communication, couldn't be better.  My daughter is poised and confident behind the wheel and driving like a champ.  Great work ABC!!! I took some private lessons and driving test here, and I must say the instructor here was simply awesome.  My instructor was completely focused and patient with me.  During the training period he told me multiple tricks be it parallel parking, maneuvers or even handling of steering, which will make my life really easy as a driver. It is a very good experience to take classes here. I were taught a lot of important driving knowledge by their instructor. I was a little bit concern of my English. However, the instructor was very patient and the way of teaching was very understandable. In addition,I took my driving test here and the instructor is very professional. I took the driving skill test here. I took the 1 hour practice driving session first and then the skill test. Steve had a brilliant style of teaching. He would made you practice all the moves you will be asked to make in the driving test. He will tell you things which will be looked at in driving test and made sure that you practice them well enough in the driving lesson. I had some issues of my own doing parallel parking and backing along a curb. ABC Driving School and DOL Testing Center Rocks!!!Steve who was my instructor was GREAT. I took the practice then driving test afterwards. I would recommend anybody who hasn't been behind the wheel in a while, newbies or just a refresh of what the test I might be like.Steve was clear on his instructions, practice on my errors (which were few ) , gave me compliments and most of all maybe me feel so comfortable to where I was confident during the practice and skills test. These guys are amazing! After I spent hours working with my son on how to parallel park without success, Steve showed him a trick and he had it down within minutes. When my daughter is ready for driving school I will be sending her there. Even if I found another school at half the price, my kids ability to drive well is the difference between life or death and not where I want to choose to be cheap. Besides their prices are actually very reasonable. Give these guys the chance to make your child a safe and competent driver. Came here for my driving test instead of the DMV because they work on Saturdays. The owners were very courteous and nice. The pricing is reasonable and more affordable than the other local places. Bookings can be done online and you don't have to pay until you get there. They offer an one hour review session before the actual test and I was worried that they may try to fail me on purpose so that I would pay for the one hour session (I am paranoid...), but that wasn't the case at all. The examiner was fair and seemed like an experienced, friendly instructor if you actually sign up for the class/session. Read Less

This driving school has been amazing for my daughter. They are locally owned by a Shoreline couple and offer a reasonably priced high quality program for Drivers Education. They have made the experience doable even for a working single mom. I would give them more than five stars if I could! Read Less
