I took a driving test here and failed the first time because of my mistake to yield and also because my language barrier. I am surprised that the instructor (S) went out of her way to learn about my language (Vietnamese). I took another test 2 weeks later and was able to understand the instructor's commands better and passed the test. Overall, I experienced great and friendly service here. I plan to take my daughters  here for a driving test when they are ready. Read Less

Instructor "Sue" is very rude and passive agressive with her "students". She treated us like kindergarteners and had a problem with my behavior when I was doing as instructed. I would suggest going to Mr. Woods class as it is much more professional and a better learning enviorment for those of use who would like to be respected and treated like a human being with rights.Read Less

they sound nice over the phone but once you actually go they seem like all there into is money and they fail you for the dumbest reasons (so they can squeeze more money out of you ! )MUNRO suggested me to even go to another place which I am going to either to DOL or a BETTER driving school ! they purposely make you go to this certain stop that has parked cars on the side of the road because oncoming cars wont see you and they can FAIL you and have you think its your fault so you can come on back and waste more money !the instructor I got (S) was ridiculous ! false claiming that I could've gotten  into collision (STRAIGHT B.S) I know what I am doing  I wouldn't risk my life I've been driving for a long time ! In ITS menopausal state even lied about being "shaken "(looked pretty darn happy and not scared at all! ) from fear of my driving to the owner.once I came to speak to them about it since I had time to think about what went wrong ! I did what I was supposed to and she exaggerated.PLEASE I drive like a grandma ! what could you possibly be scared of? IT honestly just said that to the owner so they wouldn't have to deal with me (refund or half off) lol which is horrible customer service ! and of course the owner sided with "it" and if it was in such great fear IT shouldn't be a driving instructor !I am reviewing mostly on service here, not the driving school as i did not use the school for that.sincerely,    sad-at-first-but-now-pissed-off-customer! We sighed our son up for this driving course at the ridicules price of 500 dollars thinking after the 6 week class our son would be able to take the behind the wheel and get his drivers license, since he would be 16 and had his permit for 6 months. UMM, wrong!!  The class didn't finish on the date given even though he attended every class and then once he completed the class they didn't issue  a  certificate of completion. Instead we where told it would be an additional 2 weeks before they could process the paper work before they/we could schedule the behind the wheel. For the price I expected better. This company has the monopoly in our area it would be nice to see some competition, maybe then they would drop the price and make it possible for the student to take the behind the wheel 24 hrs after graduating the class.
