Told us to return in 20 min. We got back 30 min later. Door was locked. Left VM. Then they called 5 min before 1pm that they were starting the written test. We found another place for a 2pm test. Why ...
Told us to return in 20 min. We got back 30 min later. Door was locked. Left VM. Then they called 5 min before 1pm that they were starting the written test. We found another place for a 2pm test. Why didn’t they just tell us to come back at 1pm?????

I loved it here! Everything sticks in your head easily. Maggie is very caring and Take a her job seriously. Couldn't have asked for a better instructor.

My wife did the test with them only but she got a very good service she said the lady who take the test was very attend and nice treat !!!!

My experience today was great!! Last minute testing and drive test all in 1 day. Every other place I tried contacting besides j&m was closed even though hours posted said open. Thank you very much on ...

The lady that works there has a bad attitude doesn't care about if your pass or not. Don't come here.

Worst experience ever, I don’t know how the other instructors are here at J & M, but we had just beyond the worst instructor. Her name is Maggie, she was very catatonic, would raise her voice as- if she’s scolding a child. Seriously if no one has ever complaint about this LADY I’m beyond amazed. If you do read this Maggie – I think you have been doing this job for such a long time that you no longer have the drive or enthusiasm to teach.

Amazing place! Loved every drive and class. Almost felt like I was learning from family. I would recommend this place to anyone! The instructors took time to make me comfortable and get to know me as an actual person. I've learned a lot from this class that I'll never forget.

I called them once to get an appointment for my wife. The person attending the call seems in a hurry and when I asked about if I can request for a female driving instructor simply because my wife pref...
I called them once to get an appointment for my wife. The person attending the call seems in a hurry and when I asked about if I can request for a female driving instructor simply because my wife prefers that. She said 'No' and explained that they would treat everybody equally. I said, no problem but if there is some female instructor available on some given day and if we can meet her schedule shouldn't we be able to get one? She become rude and said no. I was about to say ok thats fine and this is just our preference. But she kept on saying that we wouldn't do this and you should look at other place. I found it rude. They definitely lost a customer for good.

I had to take my drive test there and my instructor was friendly and made me feel at ease! I definitely would go there again if I needed to.
