My daughter chose to take her drivers' test here... When we arrived, there was no one in the office. The lights were off and the door was locked and there was no sign in the window saying if or when they'd be back. She was just about to call and confirm the location when the man running everything pulled in with someone in one of the company vehicles. After leaving the vehicle, he proceeded toward the door without so much as a hello, only asking us, "Are you here for an appointment?" rather abruptly. When we told him we were, he said, "It'll be a few minutes," and proceeded to go into the office to do some paperwork, locking the door and leaving us standing outside in the hot sun. Once he came back out, he asked if she was the person on the paperwork and then asked if she was taking the test in his car or her car. Not once during any of these exchanges did he introduce himself (neither of us have any idea what his name was) or even remotely attempt to make her feel comfortable for something that is already a stressful experience. During the test, she said he made some snide remark about how she obviously didn't know how to operate her car because her e-brake got stuck (It did go back down, but not without some maneuvering). Also, when she had to back around a corner, it was from a side road to a more main road, which is something I thought was illegal and, at the least, dangerous. Once they returned, he told her what she did wrong (she did not pass) and did not provide a copy of the test. I'm writing this review not because she failed, but because the attitude of this man is reprehensible. Had I been at any other sort of establishment where the test was not prepaid, I would have never let her take her test there and would have taken our business elsewhere. She will retaking her test elsewhere as it is. Read Less
