My daughter had an excellent experience here with the driving school and instructors, but I also found the administrative staff for the school to be very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The ability to schedule classes and drives was easy to use and flexible. Their overall program could be a model for how customer service should be. I took 6 classes from Elizabeth at defensive driving school Kent 104th Ave SE Benson Highway branch. Elizabeth is an excellent teacher. She is polite and patient and very competent. She not only tries to make you a good driver but a safe driver and I think being a safe driver is the most important thing for your own safety and for others safety. I'm an employee so this might come across a little bias, but it's an honest review!....This school is amazing! You'll not find a better group of caring and dedicated instructors anywhere! Their curriculum is second to none and envied by other driving schools. They go the extra mile to assure your teen is safe on the road, even if it means volunteering their time. This is a family owned business, and they treat everyone as if they are extended family. I am honored and proud to... be part of it. Each instructor is put through several hours of training every year and most are certified by the Department of Licensing to give the Knowledge and Skills tests. If there's a problem they will address it and solve it without hesitation or delay. I realize how expensive putting a child through this is, I've put two through it myself. However, the classroom, in car lessons, and the experience the teens get with us is phenomenal. Our lessons gain the confidence of the parents involved that our school is the best there is to offer. My daughter has completed the classroom portion and is nearly finished with the driving lessons. I'd like to give an enormous THANK YOU to Connie Fischer, for going above and beyond for my daughter. She not only added extra hours to her schedule to ensure my daughter could have the same instructor for all of her driving lessons, but she has stayed long after the lessons were over to go over results and what areas to give more attention to. She has even called me on the phone to discuss one particular drive that didn't go so well, and I was grateful for the information so we could work on improving certain things between lessons. The teachers and program course is FANTASTIC! My son has become a confident, safe driver through the friendly, teen-oriented instructors, who care deeply for the safety of their students, as well as the safety of the other drivers. Hello my name is Shabazz Sallier I signed up to take the Knowledge Test for Saturday the 20th I paid online $25 and so I was told on the phone many times before that day came that the location I was going to was the West Seattle one and that I would have 30 minutes to take the test so I went there at 1:00 pm that's when I was schedule to take the test so when I went there I was handed the test and time passed and the lady said you got 5 minutes left she kept bugging me you go...Continue Reading Read Less

Silverdale office let us down. We got to the DOL today only to find out that the school never bothered to enter my son's test scores into the system. His birthday is between holidays. The school is closed and the boy who planned in advance to be ready for this day by completing all his tests in November is stuck waiting until after the New Year. Would I recommend this school?
