I recently finished my drivers ed course through 911 and my experience was great! The staff is very nice and helpful which made the whole process of enrolling, doing drives, and performing my tests a breeze. Scott, who owns the facility is an amazing teacher and over all a very genuine person. He made coming to class a joy and I don't think I've ever met a more easy going person! After finishing my course, I feel so confident in my driving skills, as I learned a lot of helpful material. I would definitely recommend 911 to anyone who is thinking about enrolling in drivers ed. Class material is thorough with tests to ensure you will know the relevant information for the final knowledge test. Additional materials - such as videos, pictures, etc. - are used to demonstrate a important points and concepts. In-Car driving lessons include step by step instructions by the instructor on how to do difficult maneuvers. Maneuvers are repeated until the student can perform them adequately. Students are allowed to schedule driving lessons based on their own schedule through the school's website. If a student is having trouble scheduling drives then instructors are willing to work with them to figure out a solution. Overall, this is an excellent place to learn the rules of the road for your knowledge test and an excellent place to get behind-the-wheel experience for your road test. Read Less

I attended 7 weeks worth of classes at this establishment and I can honestly say I got a lot out of it. Scott and his team provided a constantly positive environment in which to learn. I was anxious to begin with, but they did an amazing job of keeping students calm and calculated while on the road. My mom made me do research on driving school's before she would pay for drivers ed. Several of my friends told me about the Graham 911 School. They were awesome there! Class was fun! This is the second driving school that our family went to in the last year. (I have two daughters 15 months apart). My first daughter went through Freedom Driving School and that was an absolute disaster. This daughter went through Driving school 911 and I can tell you the difference in professional integrity, customer service, genuine support, and positive regard was hands-down above the rest!!! The convenience of having everything available to your child including testing site drives and final test and drive far surpasses other driving school options! I would avoid this location.  Our son took the training courses at the Puyallup office but when it was time for the Road test we were required to drive to the Graham office.  I was not impressed with the service the Graham office provided.  The examiner was very un-professional in the way she administered the test including yelling and physically grabbing our son while he was driving.  She also failed to provide any feedback following the exam.  Needless to say he was very upset and shaken afterwards.  The instructors at the Puyallup office always left him feeling confident after driving. Wouldn't recommend. Instructors are unreliable. Cancelled class without informing students. We waited one hour outside the business only to have the guy behind the desk show up an hour after the class time to inform us that the instructor cancelled the class. No apology or explanation. They told my daughter that she failed her final exam and then a week later said she passed it. Certificate wasn't mailed until one month later and only after I called inquiring as to where it was. My twins are both 911 grads and loved it! There were many options for where to take the classes, instructor times and they even gave more attention to my daughter (needed some work). Both are now great drivers and have even given me tips on some of the small things I forgot after 25 years of driving. Can’t say enough good things about this place! The instructors were caring, sincere and fantastic! As for the first review, did you ever think about YOU driving your child to one of the many other sites? Did you write the TGIF restaurants and ask them to stay remain open until the end of the school when they could not afford to stay open? Just sayin! Read Less

What an exciting time in your time! I almost cried when I dropped my son off the first day. I am so proud of him. He LOVED this place and the instructors. I actually met the owners when I paid and they were the nicest people and took the time to answer all 100 mom questions that I had, even though they were closing for the day. Sounds like the first reviewer was too lazy to drive their kids a few miles down the road to one of the many other 911 school locations. 911 are a bunch of QUITERS!!! Decided to stop teaching drivers ed. at my daughters school after more than half way through the year. They say its too expensive to teach there... My problem is WHY did you agree to do it if its too expensive? You knew going in what it would cost.
