I made a mistake to take a knowledge test there, and paid 80*2 = 160 for my 2 attempts. Had I found 911 driving school Bellevue, before, I could have taken the same 2 attempts for just 25$, even on week-ends. Do not be mislead.
Next, as a beginner I asked IAD how many hours do I need, and she suggested 15h totally, with 2h drive each lesson, which would be over way over 1000$ totally + driving test (100)! Good for me I avoided the place.
For comparison, I asked in 911 how many lessons do I need to pass. The answer was between 5h and 10h. If you take 10, they give you a first attempt for free. I was ready after 7h of driving and passed from the first attempt. I used 3other hours for freeway driving, since it was not worth it to get a refund and pay for a test separately. Totally, I spent 640 on my skills. 640 instead of 1100!
On a separate note, IDA's 2h of driving would have been exhausting for me, especially at the beginning of study, which may make the progress slower. 911 has both 1h and 1h.30min lesson packages. I took 1h lessons, and that was perfect rationing for my brain to process. That's an individual thing, though.
It is shocking to me how large the difference between the two places is. One is trying to squeeze money out of you , the other has plenty of customers and makes your experience nice and easy. Read Less
