Tom, Todd, whatever his name is was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL over the phone. 7 sessions began in November, here it is January and it had not been completed. Communication was not occurring much between November and January. When questioned about their policies and contractual verbiage, he became irrate, and yelled at me, and tried to belittle me as a parent and hung the phone up on me, and cancelled my child's lessons claiming to offer a refund. When I asked to come pick it up he refused to have it readily available prior to Saturday. Today is Tuesday. We are the Client. Their job is to render services and He was on speaker so there were witnesses of his Highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. He hung the phone up on me on 3 different occassions and refused to continue service because he did not want to deal with me. Took a driver improvement class here the other week, instructor was rude and completely unprofessional. I had Tried calling prior to the class and got no answer. But while I sat through the class the phone would ring and they would refuse to answer it. Weird. Instructor would stop the class to call his daughter and deal with person things... Again, weird. Zero stars if Yelp actually had an option for it. They only return your phone calls if you leave a message inquiring about registering and paying for the course. But good luck trying to get a call back when it's anything else other than getting your money. I registered my brother for a driver improvement course and also paid them prior to the "Saturday" they told me he was scheduled for. That Saturday came and my brother waited an hour and a half... And still no one showed up. I called daily and left messages but no word from them until I contacted DMV to verify their legitimacy. It looks like an abandoned place and signs that tell you their office hours but yet, no one was there during those indicated times. I finally got a hold of the owner Tom... And instead of apologizing or said there was miscommunication regarding the scheduled dates I was told - he made me feel as though it was my fault and had the most smart mouth attitude I've ever talked to anyone over the phone. My daughter went through their behind the wheel. They were very friendly and helpful. They knew what they were doing and knew how to teach it. My daughter learned how to change lanes correctly and is very smooth with it. She is just a much smoother driver then when she started. Very good job. Read Less

I'm so glad I called this company. I am on my third child that has taken behind the wheel. This school by far is the best one. My first two went thru a school in Manassas and they were horrible, always late not very helpful and the instructors didn't give intruction. They sat there and talked on the phone. All of the ones I called this time were recordings in the middle of the day. At Quality Driving School of Virginia they answered the phone and were very helpful and the instuctor actually helped my son. All I can say is THANK YOU! Read Less
