I paid for 10 lessons for my adult daughter who has been overseas and missed the opportunity to get a license at 16.  The actual driving instruction was good and the instructor pointed out things to avoid (mainly other bad drivers) to prevent getting into an accident.  He also took her around the DMV testing course so she will be prepared when she was eligible to test.  The instructor, however, did not teach how to follow/read the signs to exit, etc. when on the parkway or main highways.  He just told her where to go--there wasn't a "game plan" that they followed when they got in the car. (We are going to Clifton today and will go over x, y & z, for instance).  One night instruction over a weekend was scheduled and the instructor didn't show up; when called and texted, there was no answer.  When asked about it the next scheduled lesson, he said he told my daughter there was a possibility he wouldn't come and would text her if he WOULD come.  No other night lesson was scheduled and she finished the lessons.  Now, a month later I'm trying to contact them to find out which DMV course was practiced and I cannot get a hold of the instructor.  I was told he would call last night, but he didn't and when I called today all they say is he "probably" took her to Franconia.  The instructor was not at the location listed on the main number and they would not give me a number to contact him.  So, now we will have to go there to see if that is the correct one.  This company might be good for teenage instruction, but our experience was less than ideal for the price we paid and customer service and follow-through is not included.
