Effective at the date of this post:driver improvement clinics are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. (They were even open during the recent snow storm and will hold class even if there's only as little as one person that day attending). $50 cashWalk ins welcome, pay at the door.DMV approved, Certificate in hand the day of. Class starts at 8a and ends at 4p or earlier. Both times I called, the phone was answered and I was given the information I needed on their 8 hr driver improvement class. The woman I spoke to was brisk and could stand to be friendlier, but I'm sure she's bored w answering the same questions over and over.I arrived this morning a little before 8a.Mr. Pitchford, or "Mr. P" as he prefers, arrived exactly on time and was the lecturer that day. The other lecturer that I know of is his daughter. While he got us all checked in w our licenses and description of why we were there (i.e. volunteer, court, DMV), he played the show Martin. Greeted us all very kindly. Seems laid back, not condensing, and speaks from experience. He didn't bore us with too much basic information, but repeated some things drivers sometimes neglect to pay attention to. He also provided us w a lot of that information that helps us keep in good standing with our driving records and of course safety. He described worst case scenarios of fines and things from instances he'd seen in the past etc. He went over how the point system works and we began by watching a couple videos from the Ohio State Patrol and the California State Patrol. The instructional videos weren't monotonous, but informative and very reinforcing.Environment: I was very impressed and glad to see that we were in a nice, clean, calm, and comfortable atmosphere. The walls weren't an unpleasant florescent or an outrageous other color. It was cool tan, with large, comfy chairs, Windows, a flat screen TV, an accessible bathroom, and a snack bar. Not sure if they charge for snacks though.I definitely recommend coming here! Not only is it the most optimal environment for 8 hr driving class that would otherwise be thought to be miserable, it is a welcoming place that you can actually learn from! As painless as they can make it- they will.I'm pretty critical, so I'm glad to say they provided excellent service. Read Less
