Josh Terrell is the owner of this operation and he deserves to be in jail. After taking our money and not completing the service as promised I checked some other reviews and found that this is his modus operandus. If you are wondering if this is the same Josh that was arrested and convicted not too long ago in Henrico for impersonating a police officer you would be correct. In our attempts to hunt him down we have found that he uses fraudulent addresses and fake business fronts. If you visit his supposed office in Richmond you will find it's a trashed office that he only uses to pickup mail from. The School was recommended by someone that states it was a good school and affordable. I have called the phone number 6 times in 3 days. Someone by the name of Justin answers and has a million excuses why he can not send me the schedule or information. On Day 3 ( 6th time), I call and asked if this is an actual business and state that the level of customer service is 0. Justin then directs me to the owner, why didn't he do that 3 days ago? Now I have a call into the owner, just to see if I can get into the class, I do not know if I even want to continue, -** Pay the extra money and give your business to a company that wants to earn your business** not sure if this is a scam or not but it is for sure the worst service I have ever encountered.Read Less

My daughter used this company to get her drivers license. From the first time I met the owner Josh, he was completely unprofessional. He was calling and texting my 16 year old after 10 pm each night to try to schedule driving sessions. After learning this I advised he needed to contact me to set up day/times. He would contact me again after 10 pm, be completely unprofessional through text as well as over the phone. Set up day/times for driving and cancel at the last minute. When I would call he would have no clue who I was almost with every conversation. My daughter told me about inappropriate conversation that he would have with her and other kids in the car. He gave them little instruction on driving tips/techniques etc. The last day of her driving, I signed the form and had turned around to get something...My daughter said the entire car ride he talked about me to her saying "how fine" I was and what he would do to me, that he "checked me out" when I turned around etc. It has been 6 months since she received her paper license....I called DMV today and they said that they were never contacted by All Star Driving that she got her paper license and she still holds a learners permit at this time. I WOULD NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. If you want your kid to learn something while they're getting their hours in, want them to be in a professional environment, and not have to follow up behind the company that you paid for them to get their license....then I would not use this company!!! Worst Experience Ever. Started my lessons in January it's now May and I still don't have my license. I've only had 2 lessons over 5 months because the instructors rarely answer their phones and when they do it's to reschedule your lesson or get you confused with another student. Once you pay they don't contact you anymore you have to literally hunt them down to make a lesson. This is absurd. All Star "Driving School" is a complete scam. These people are unprofessional and rude. One instructor proceeded to put her feet on the dashboard during a lesson. Absolutely would not recommend this place. Save your money and find a REAL driving school because they also don't do refunds which isn't in their guidelines. Read Less

I wish I had read these reviews before giving these people my money.  They gave my daughter one driving lesson and kept pushing the training out.  They became non-responsive and I had to contact DMV to investigate them.  Save yourself wasted time and energy and having to file a claim to get your money back.
