I sent my very fearful daughter to class here and it was hands down the best decision. She did very well in this classroom and behind-the-wheel setting and really liked the teachers. The classroom was informative and it expanded on so much more than what's in the drivers handbook from the DMV. She had Brent for behind-the-wheel and we both highly recommend him. Went during my spring break, and there were only 2 other people in the class but it was very informative and interesting and learned a lot about driving that I didn't know or my parents either. Behind the wheel instructor was very personable and talked a lot about different things to keep me from being nervous. Great school, high regards! Read Less

My Husband and I are very Happy Parents. We sent  our son to  the Winter Break Classes they had. and all he could say was good things about the instructor. I used A Metropolitan Driving School for both of my girls when they were working to get their license.  It was very convenient as they picked them up from our home.  They both came out of it good/confident drivers.  I highly recommend them! Read Less

I am updating my post because of new information provided to me via a 3rd party, initially I didn't receive copies of. Even after new documentation provided, my experience has not been satisfactory. Please note, it is my right to express my views on the company based on my interactions with them. In all my experiences this is one I will never forget. I signed my son up for the driving course and on the 3rd day Metropolitan called and stated they would be putting the remaining lessons on hold because 40 hours+ were needed. One of the main issues I have with this company is communication. This information would have been better received after his first driving lesson. If this is your field of expertise on the first day you should have noticed a problem not wait 3 days. Also when you send an instructor to a client's home with paperwork, make sure he/she knows to go over it with the client and provide a copy. Don't have the instructor to just have the client to sign and not go over it. Please also stress verbally to clients that if you don't have 40 hours plus of driving time on your own this course is not for you. Because of my dissatisfaction and multiple emails, I got a partial refund, which I don't agree with. The owner, Tommy didn't even try to see my point of view, which caused an unnecessary chain of events. Verbal communication is just as important beforehand pertaining to what is required from the client and in return what the company would accomplish for them before signature, payment, etc. I still would not recommend to anyone because even in the adversity of everything your reactions should not have heightened. I am still a customer and should have been treated as such. All customer's have a voice and how you handle the situation speaks volumes. I took the Saturday Morning Driver Improvement clinic to get a speeding ticket dismissed.Pros: funny teacher, educational information on fighting your ticket and getting insurance, cheap ($50), and interactive teaching styleCons: chairs are uncomfortableThe class was broken into 3 main sections: Court, Insurance, Driving Distractions. The teacher, Tommy, does stand up at the Funny Bone, and his comedy definitely carried over. I also learned some very helpful information about insurance rates, and effectively leveraging renewal timelines to get a lower rate. Read Less

This school sucks!!!! The teachers are impatient and rude. I would not recommend this school to anyone!!! Save your money and take it somewhere different!!! They don't deserve to be in business. They are always late and unprofessional. Read Less
