I had to do this class and went in thinking it would be the longest, boringost boring 8 hrs of my life but.. it was the opposite. The instructor Greg was nice and informative. As you know this is not somewhere most people want to spend their weekend. With that being said Mr. Blair was entertaining and upbeat, and kept the class moving. His experience and sense of humor really help make this an enjoyable place to be. As for the curriculum itself I'm not sold yet, but want to make driving improvements to never end up in court or a class again! The most eye opening part of this to me was the statistics given and probabilities in terms of risk given, it was in depth and interesting for someone who thinks in numbers. The $15 more this cost compared to the ASAP class (local competitor) is well worth it due to the ease of business and scheduling. Really helped me out! Read Less

Very great driver improvement clinic. They offer in person classes or an online class, with final testing in person. It is reasonably priced and approved by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. They have 2 locations, so you are able to pick which one is most convenient for you. You can do the clinic voluntarily to help reduce insurance premiums, by order of the DMV, or due to a court order because of a traffic violation.You get your certificate the day of your test so there is no need to wait or to go back again to pick it up. If you take the online course work and can't make it during one of the scheduled testing times, they have some options to take the test at select UPS stores for a small additional charge. Check out their website for more details on this.The online course is scheduled for 8 hours and it does take quite a while to complete. Each page has a timer on it so even if you are a fast reader, you have to wait for the time to expire before you can advance to the next page. This is my only criticism of the program. I read fairly quickly and did a lot of sitting around waiting to advance to the next screen. Nevertheless it is very informative and I learned a lot of new things! Read Less
