We contacted Drive This Way for my daughter's behind the wheel training on April 24th and after sending several e-mails and leaving voicemails they never responded until May 1st when we finally got a schedule via e-mail which had her scheduled to finish only by May 31st. This was one week after school finished and we wanted her to finish before vacation starts. The schedule was not timely enough so we called to cancel and get a refund on our deposit and we were told, "absolutely not". We are going to a different company that we contacted today and have her scheduled to finish before school ends. The person from Drive This Way on the phone was rude and said the deposit is non refundable, even though agreement states, "unless drive this way can perform to contract in a reasonable time period" which is not reasonable to me as a customer. My daughter had Allison Gray as her driving instructor for Behind the Wheel and for the Road Skills Test. My daughter absolutely loved Allison and felt like she actually cared about the kids' improvement in driving. She wanted the kids to be fully prepared for their test and for their futures as drivers.
