For me was a Horrible experience take my road test there.They have a instructor her name is Norma she has a car that I have not idea how it has safely and emissions because it drives so bad. Worst experience, the instructor is rude, does not come on time. Deducts unnecessary points in driving test. Did most of things correct in test, she fails intentionally to take driving class and then would pass. Don't give driving test there at all. Read Less

Worst experience ever!! Signed up my 17 yo step daughter for drivers ed. They never answer their phones and they take FOREVER to score tests. Took a road test with Norma and she was awesome!! Went to DLD to get license and even though Norma said it would take 30 min to enter passing score on road test it was in there within 15 min. The passing scores from RDI, however, were not in even though she finished 2 weeks prior. Also, there is an online test we were not informed of. While she sat at the DLD taking that test on her phone I had to drive back to RDI and was told the scores would be in there within an hour. Waited the hour and still nothing. Go somewhere else. Instructor was not paying attention and was on his phone the whole time looking at pictures and what not. Had he been paying​attention, he would've​ realized that certain things would've have been completed correctly and the test would've been passed. Waste of money, he is a liar and would not issue a refund because of his lack of attention saying he was fully aware the whole time. Do not use this company! They are absolutely ridiculous! I've been driving since I was 14 and have had a CDL since the year 2000. The only reason I'm having to take a road test is because my licence expired and and wasn't able to renew with in the aloud time, for technical reasons so there for I came to this place for a 10 min drive for the instructor to fail me because he says I blew a stop sign when I actually did stop at it for at least 20 seconds and for not getting back in the proper lane after making a U turn.... Really??? Then the instructor proceeds in telling me that we could have been pulled over for not stopping at the stop sign which I did stop at, and not getting back in the proper lane after a U turn. I can totally understand If I was getting my license for the very first time but this is not right. It made me feel like they just wanted my money to fail me to make me come back and pay them again for another bullshit road test. At the DLD they at least give you 2 tries and not super anal.
