Any reviews claiming the instructors are racist cannot be further from the truth. The instructor was kind, thoughtful, and very helpful to my son. He was thorough with his explainations about any mistakes and made my son feel comfortable. Read Less

It deserves a -5 The building is trashy they didn't even have toilet paper in the bathroom. It is run by Mexican people that seem extremely racist against white people I went in for a driving test , thier testing car's check engine light was on, and the guy was attempting to gaslight me and make me believe that I did a three point turn wrong and also blamed me for some person that illegally pulled out in front of me and failed me for it just so they could take my money without passing me. The experience was horrible, I personally don't mind arriving at my appointment on time and then I get to wait. The instructor / tester had an attitude all the way from the beginning and he made the whole situation uncomfortable. We got in the car and the only thing he paid attention to was his paper. I didn't know where I was going till I asked him which way to go. During the whole testing, every time he told me to make right or left turns it was too late to catch the turn and the only way could make was to slow down to not miss the turn. I stopped at the stop sign and I couldn't see the cars coming from the other side at an intersection and therefore I had to creep out a little to be able to see traffic and yes there are situations like this when you have to creep out a little further to see traffic. He told me to make a right turn in 2 seconds when it was let and he didn't give me time to get ready or make judgement if it's right to turn. He can't speak louder enough when he is giving you instructions, he only whispers and he is not clear. If he wants you to turn he says here but here doesn't specify which way. The fact that he wasn't paying attention to most of the things when he asked me to change lanes and I did he missed see me check my blind spot because he was too busy on his paper note, eating mostly and then at the end he said " when changing lanes you're supposed to look over your shoulder but you didn't" . I couldn't even say a word to him I just let him say whatever he wanted so I get back home. And oh, with U turn: he asked me to do a U turn and I was in a wrong spot, needed to get to the left turn lane and make a U turn at the lights but kept saying make a U turn now and hurry. He tells you to go right when he means left. He was eating and chewing all the time, What a heck? The girl at the counter was nice though. He is even rude to his co-worker I noticed. He wasn't fair. Alberto, one of the driving instructors, will make you a driver for his errands during driving classes. He will make you drive to certain shops, and make you wait in the car till he's done with his business. He's Pretty chill during lessons. Joseph is a good instructor, he will explain a lot of things to you and give you techniques on how to properly drive. Their cars are not too bad though. Read Less

I have had the chance to go to this school and the service is good, the staff is really helpful. I was there and the people who want classes have different in attitudes. Some are nice but there are the ones like all you that have placed a bad comment or review to this school that want things done their way. Be polite and of good judgment, They try their best to get everyone in (but a lot of us are used to been late every where) and in a time matter. And "NO" I did not get paid or given anything to write this review. Someone on this comment said one of the instructor's English was bad how can you be rude to him, that was a really racist comment! I WILL TOTALLY RECOMEND THIS SCHOOL! If they don't have classes at one school they move to find an opening at another sister-office they did that to me! before you write a bad review make sure they are what you say first. Plus read the signs, they are open at 10 a.m and their drives start at 8 a.m with appointment only... Receptionist are there at 10 a.m an phones and doors are open to public at that time.... Read Less
