In August 2017, I paid Maverick $265 for drive time instruction for my daughter. Due to her busy after school schedule, we had to change plans and choose a different instruction option for her. In October 2017 I asked for a refund of my $265. We had not scheduled or used any of the drive times. I was told they would process my refund and send me a check. After numerous calls, in-person visits, and promises of the refund, I have yet to receive anything. I have also been told it was "in the mail". Now, they refuse to return my messages. Terrible customer service and business practices. Very disappointing!! Read Less

In August 2017, I paid Maverick $265 for drive time instruction for my daughter. Due to her busy after school schedule, we had to change plans and choose a different instruction option for her.
