I paid $20 extra to have my certificates rushed and 4 days later, I still don't have it. Called and spoke to Ruben, the owner. He said he "couldn't do anything about it now that it was the weekend." I told him my papers were due in court in 3 days and he'd need to Overnight it at this point. He said he would not unless I "paid him $30 MORE!" I said, "I Paid for the RUSH. YOU Didn't Rush it, therefore, this is not on me." He stated, "You didn't call here to argue with m...e, did you? Because I'm not in the mood to argue." Ruben stated I "should" get my papers by Monday and if not, call him back. My papers are due in court on Tuesday. I would NOT recommend this company ESPECIALLY if you need a rush or overnight package. They apparently pocket the money and send it via snail mail! The building was sparse, no tables to write on even. We started 20 mins late because our poor instructor didn't even have a key to the facility! Bobby, the instructor was great! He's the only reason you're getting any stars at all. He was funny, informative and made up for the lost time. He deserves a raise. When I went here for a defensive driving class I was in crutches and had just twisted my ankle. During the 1st day of defensive driving course they made no accommodations for me and I had to keep getting up and down to get to the front of the class and the instructor Arizona never said anything like that not to worry that he would come to me. Never again will I use FunnyBone. For the amount of trouble that I went through to be in this class from now on if I ever have to do this again I will just buy online course and do this from convenience of my home. Arizona was funny during the class but just not worth attending this again for all the trouble that I went through with FunnyBone. I took this class back in 2014 and forgot to make a review:I was late to class so I was forced to sit in the front lol don't be late.I hate these classes because they are usually boring but the man was very funny and I actually learned some things I've never known before. Make sure you have your own water bottle because the class is long and there's no water fountains. Videos are a little outdated. But at the same time, does it really matter...I just needed my ticket dismissed lol Read Less

Pros - The instructor was very funny and knowledgeable. Cons - There is a single washroom, most if the videos  shown are extremely dated and are of poor video and audio quality.  There is no water fountain, so make sure that you bring your own refreshments.  The turn around time on the certificates is unreasonably long, as if to force people to buy the expedited service for an extra $10-$30.Overall - not bad, but it seriously needs to be updated. 1 star is only for the instructor Bobby, who did an excellent job in teaching the course. Did not receive my paperwork in the time conveyed. Called and spoke with Ruben, no empathy, compassion, or professionalism. Continued quote "what do you want me to do, now", I'm just the person who answered the phone." After suggestions were made, still no positive feedback . I do understand,delays happen, however it's the representative of the company that can make or break the image! Too bad the female who I had spoken with, to get directions 2 weeks ago did not answer the phone! I would not recommend this company. Read Less
