very rude. various people tole me of 5 minutes being there of all being a scam, no one is getting any drive time for the year they have been there. its 400 dollars to learn basics, like stop at a stop sign and turn your signal on. Don't expect to have any communication from the staff on anything including their going to be late picking up your kids with the shuttle. Don't expect them to to actually answer the phone or a return phone call when you leave a message. The hours on the website are bogus. They don't actually open until 4:15 according to a piece of paper taped to the front door and then that isn't always the case. My daughter was given the permit test 2 days into classes. They hadn't even taught her anything yet and passed because she is a good guesser. After she's finished the course I find out a year later that she needs drive times that I'm supposed to pay for in addition to what I've already paid. I'd really like to know what my money paid for in the first place. She didn't even understand right of way when I started 30 hour drive times with her, which is another requirement btw. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!! We paid $400 to have our son attend this school. Classes are constantly cancelled and drive times are completely non-existent. The customer service is terrible. Getting someone to answer the phone is hard enough, and if you leave a voice mail and expect a return call, you can forget about it! At this point, we are having to pay an additional $100 for our son to finish his drive times elsewhere. These people shouldn't be in business. Read Less

Terrible! My son has gotten ONE drive time in 5 months. Every single time I call, they tell me they are booked up! He can't even get in for a month and a half. Waste of money...don't bother. They have drive times available at 3 and 4 while my kid is still in school...really? Do they expect me to pull him out early to drive? Ridiculous. This my third child I sent and I am regretting every hard earned  dime I spent on them. The instructor yelled at my daughter and made her scared to drive. It's almost impossible to get a drive time and when you talk to the front desk person she gives you attitude. I would call and she would tell me she does not have the drivers schedule yet and to call back and when call back they are booked up. I wish I saved my money and did the parent taught class. I am not sure what happen between the time my first two children went there and now but they really have dropped the ball. Plus the instructor on the phone instead of teaching my child. Read Less

We started my son's driving school in February....it is May 5th and he still has 3 more drive times with the next scheduled for June!!!! They say they have to schedule them out a month apart because they say they're too full. They NEVER answer the phone and when you go in its a frantic mess and no one even acknowledges your existence. Save yourself money, headache and frustration and go somewhere else!!!! At this point I'm just hoping he meets the TX deadline!!! CAUTION: I do not often take the time to review, but please be aware of what is happening at this business. If you value your child's safety and driver's education, DO NOT send them to AADS.  We chose this school because of the convenience of shuttle and the ability to utilize their driving school.  After they took my $400 it was all down hill.  There was no shuttle available and the level of confusion and frustration made it the most inconvenient place I have ever dealt with. The phone never gets answered ans when it does, no one can tell you anything about the driving program. (Even we observed the manager sitting on her personal phone and letting the desk phone roll to v.m. repeatedly for about 35 minutes.)  My child, and several others, left the class night after night and told me there is no learning going on in the classroom due to other students behavior and no classroom control by the instructor.  Night after night the girls got in the car crying because the instructor would go on and on about her personal, and  very inappropriate  life experiences.  The kids were so behind in lessons they had to hire a new teacher the second week.  Then came the drive times,  the class is over and we still can't get our first drive time scheduled because, "we have some issues with drivers, yeah its annoying because the parents keep calling about it" said the manager (I'm not even kidding). After multiple attempts at getting help with these concerns, I decided to call the owner, Richard Savage.  Unfortunately to this day he has not returned any of the phone calls or emails he has received from me or any of the other concerned parents.  Very sad that this school is responsible for teaching our children how to drive... Save your money!!!  Poorly run driving school.  They rarely answer the phone and when they do you can't seem to get a solid answer regarding drive-times or re-scheduling drive-times.  Also, more importantly, my son has learned more driving with me (because the parents have to log a LOT more hours with the student) than the driver's instructors.  In hind sight, I would have saved my $400 and had him take an online course and do all the drive-times with a parent. These people never answer the phone nor do they call back.  The communication has been terrible.  We've had quite a few classes cancelled due to weather (which of course is not their fault) but getting it re-scheduled has been very challenging.  I've left 2 messages - no response.  They need to get their act together. I've never used All American Driving school, however I have seen their school pick up drivers skip the left turn lane and turn left, across traffic, from the right hand lane just to save a few minutes. I think any place that has drivers that are willing to do that don't deserve to teach kids how to drive. You are supposed to be setting an example, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Read Less

Im not very pleased how this bussiness is run. The people are very Rude and Impolite. The inside of this facility if not kept up well, dirty, and looks run down. I would recomend another school and not All American in Rockwall...... Read Less
