Taking my road test at the Desi Driving School made me believe in small family businesses again. The friendly owner runs a tight ship with integrity, professionalism and a savoir faire that runs deep in her obviously entrepreneurial mannerism. They have a fleet of 5 white Honda Civics available for testing and lessons that are kept impeccably clean and in good running condition. They are very straightforward with paperwork and process and will tell you straight up what you need, what you can do and how long it will take. There are no hidden fees. They offer great services as advertised on their website and they are even responsive over the phone. The road test was administered in an extremely professional manner while retaining a pleasant amount of warm, polite friendliness. I didn't pass my driver's test at the DMV. Not only was I able to call and schedule a retake at Desi for the next day, there were very comforting. They let me practice at their parallel parking setup ahead of time and the instructors put my mind at ease by giving me tips. They were very friendly and the atmosphere was much more calm. I took my third party driving test with Desi Driving Scool. The administration in charge was pretty approachable and and cleared my queries. The procedure was extremely smooth and done in no time. The best part was my driving class and test with the instructor Joseph. Joseph is a highly talented instructor. He taught me some crazy techniques and shared valuable inputs to improve my driving. Great place to take your drivers test if you need to. I had to get my license, and I did not want to wait months for an appointment and I was able to book an appointment here the day after I called. Don't go here. The people running this place are rude and treat the kids like second class. It took us 9 months to finish my daughters school thanks to the extremely poor communication on appointments and a reluctance to be in any way helpful when my daughter would try to schedule drive times. I would have to call immediately after her to get them booked. I think the front desk is probably being managed by a teen rather than a professional. Read Less

Not recommended. Because it is the only driving school near my house. So i have a drive time on Mon at 10am,and i have to cancel it due to some reasons. But they close on Sunday which you can't make a call to them to cancel your drive time. ( they give u 24hrs to cancel your drive time) Then i callled them on Monday and they charged me $25 for late cancellation. I explained to them that i cant call them on Sunday bc they were closed and i tried to call them as soon as they open but they still said $25 late fee. Im thinking if everybody who has a drive time on Monday, but for some reasons they have to cancel it, will have to pay $25 for a ridiculous conflict. And I lost $25 just because they dont open on Sunday. Read Less

WOW! Desi Driving School saved the day! My daughter failed her road test at the DMV on 1/3/2017, but couldn't get a retest scheduled until 2/16/2017. Friends recommended Desi. Without an appointment, we drove to Desi the next day. My daughter took her test INSTANTLY and PASSED. Cost $80 cash. What a blessing! I will be bringing our other kids here. No lines. No waiting. Unorganized and constantly were changing appointments/amount of school my son had left. Penalized my son for missing a class time that was rescheduled on a day that he was absent when the announcement was made. Their communication skills need improvement. Not very flexible or understanding with the schedule of an active teenager. Read Less
