Really wonderful school. Went here last summer to learn how to drive and it was great. I could always schedule an appointment and the lady who worked the counter was great and helpful. She positively did not mumble important instructions that would leave you confused and uncertain what to do next. When I would sign up for drive times, the teachers where very helpful and they would never contradict each other on how I should drive. We were very satisfied with the service and teaching our daughter received at this location. We heard of a couple complaints regarding drive time scheduling, but really have no idea what the issues were. We NEVER had an issue with getting our daughter scheduled for the drive times we preferred. TOTAL SCAM!!!!   My daughter did the classroom work but as everyone else states it's impossible to schedule a drive time.  There is a 2 hour window on fridays for ALL  affiliates to schedule a drive time.  Impossible.  Non stop busy signal.  You've also pre-paid for this delightful non existent service.  How this is legal is beyond me.  This place shoild be shut down.. Agree with the others...this is a nightmare.  Class is great until you have to schedule drive times and then you're stuck.  Do your research and go somewhere you can actually get a drive time appointment.  Plus the elderly gentleman at the Richardson school is grumpy and rude.  He enjoys making the girls cry.  The worst part is the owner doesn't seem to care.  Terrible way to do business. I'm embarrassed to say I asked my 16 year old to find a driving school and she did, it wasn't until we tried scheduling the classes for drive time that I checked into this place as we could never get in, needless to say the other reviews were just as bad. Classroom was good but completing the class and scheduling drive time was impossible. A year later we are transferring to another school... After speaking with the owner and his attitude of " you can't please everyone" it was clear she was at the wrong school. For someone who claims to be in business for 20+ years, it's not only disappointing, but crazy that he can still say he is in business especially with the poor reviews. I hope that any parent reading this does not  enroll their kid in this place as you will struggle to complete the course. BEWARE!!!!!! Read Less

I wish we would've looked at reviews before sending our daughter here.  Looking at other sites, reviews since 2006 all say the same thing: class is good.... scheduling the driving is horrible!  Sure enough, the one day you can schedule the phone lines are busy ALL DAY.  And when I get hold of the owner (from calling another location and pleading to have him call us back), he tells my fiancee' "That's just the way it is.  Some people like it, some people don't.  Go somewhere else then!"  Really?  Trying to figure out if he is emotionally challenged or just an idiot.... Thinking idiot.  Found another school with a very nice owner.   Funny thing.  All the other schools we talk to now have stories like this about All-Star (or should I say All-Talk).  AVOID THIS PLACE!  There are many other schools in the area.  This guy should not be in business.  Filing a complaint with the BBB and the state Monday. I regret signing up my son for driving lessons here. After class time is finished you are forced to call at a specific time on Fridays to sign up for drive times ONLY for the following week. If you do not call by 2:30 p.m. Fridays, you will not get a reasonable time, if at all. It's been 3 months since the class has been finished and my son has only been able to schedule 1 drive time. All American Driving School is much more organized, I regret not signing up with them. Read Less
