Takes time to explain driving technique, rules, and how to successfully receive your permit and license. Also takes time to teach all materials and focus on all aspects of driving. As somebody who took the course, I would not recommend it. It was so hard to schedule drive times until I was "priority," meaning that I had two more weeks until my permit expired. The teaching was horrible, honestly you'd be getting a better learning experience (and deal) taking an online course. My driving instructors were also awful. One of them made a racist comment about interracial couples once, and kept trying to grab the steering wheel (right on top of where my hand was, mind you) sometimes when I didn't even see what I could be doing wrong. One time he made one of the students in my car practice turning for the entire time even though they had already passed that lesson, completely wasting an hour of their time not even doing what they were supposed to (I don't remember whether he made her take another lesson, but if he did that's such a waste of money, and if he didn't that's ridiculous because she didn't get to learn what she needed to). He was also very critical of my driving, convincing me I was a horrible driver, while the other instructor I had rarely commented as much as he did, giving me the impression I was at least average. That could be my own fault, though. I did notice as well that he was only so harsh on the girls and not on boys. The classes were a waste of time and money, and I didn't even find the drive-times beneficial to my skills. We have had the same issue as many other apparently. Getting a drive time is next to impossible. Apparently they sell way more than they can accommodate. They claimed they were short staffed but this has been going on for months. And, of course the only way to book is via phone with a receptionist when they are open. I've requested a phone call back from the manager but have yet to receive it. I was told he was too busy to call me back. Read Less
