Connie is the person that answers the phone and is very unprofessional and extremely rude!!! They enroll too many students at a time and then when your kid needs drive time, they tell you to call every Monday at 10:30am. My daughter called every Monday at that time and they were already filled up for the following week. When I called and complained CONNIE would be extremely rude. They don't care about anything but the money. If there isn't enough drive instructors, then they shouldn't enroll so many at one time. Read Less

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
The general manager there who's name is Connie is the rudest person I have ever met, how could someone with such poor customer service be the GM of any business. She needs to be fired for her lack of customer service, how disorganized she is, and the way she speaks to customers. Her attitude towards others is unbelievably appalling!
My husband accidentally registered my daughter in the wrong location, so when I asked for a refund she was extremely rude and pretty much yelled out in front of other customers that she had 30 days to issue me a refund and told me to be on my way. When I refused to leave without a refund receipt of some sort, she said to me "well you paid with a visa so you'll see it when we run the refund is issued back to your account". I then replied that I was not going to just leave without proof that she would issue me a refund and she rudely sighed, walked over to a cabinet to take out a receipt book and threw it on her desk.
As if it was too much for her to do her job. I was humiliated to say the least, but I hope other customers there saw her inability to run a business and her lack of respect for others. Afterall customers are the reason she gets a paycheck. I hope this review refrains others from wasting there money at such a poor establishment. Read Less

I'm not gonna lie, it's a little weird and it seems odd but the reason I am the amazing driver I am today is because of the driving instructor there (he's an older black gentlemen) who has so much patience and he makes the 2 hour driving time fly by, he reminded me so much of my deceased grandpa, such a lovely human being.
