So while traveling down the toll way this morning, i noticed a student driver car cut over at the stoplight. With no blinker and thought, what kind of student ed teacher teaches these children to do that kind of unsafe, un professional driving. So i continued about my business, then when the light changed the driver of the car took off like they were in a drag race to get to 60 miles an hour (the side road speed limit). Then to change two lanes with no blinker, look over and its none other than a student ed driver?!?!?!?!? Imho, you should be driving better than anyone else on these roads! Not like these other jackwagons that go about no using their blinkers and cutting people off, speeding and pulling out in front of people waaay too late. So your company is SUPPOSED to teach good roadway ethics to this young generation? How are you going to do that with teachers that drive and act the way they have on the road this morning. Very bad service. Not allow kids to schedule more than two drive time within one month is ridiculous. My daughter said the schedule was so full, she could not sign up any drive time during the past three month. She has 4 drive times need to be scheduled before they expire at the end of this month. However, she could only scheduled two. She was told to wait for cancellations, if there is no cancellations, she has to pay the extend fee. They will not allow her to schedule the two remaining drive times even there are openings on the schedule. Read Less

The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The classroom instructor was thorough and engaged the students. The driving lessons are easy and convent to schedule online. Marsha has been phenomenal - our teenager was anxious about driving and Marsha taught her to become a more confident driver. It has been an excellent experience and beyond my expectations. You can't imagine how rude and unhelpful these folks are. I called last September and asked about lessons for my wife. They told us we had to come in and register in person. So, I took my wife to the Allen location and when we got there, the lady said that they were just too busy and couldn't even register us for future lessons. She said to come back in October and maybe we could get lessons in November. We're talking about a simple 2 hour lesson!We just went there again and asked about lessons and the lady again said they were just too busy and wouldn't even let us register. Can you imagine that this is a for-profit business that turns away customers willing to pay? Was it because we are a mixed-race couple? Was the lady a racist or do they just not want paying customers? I have never in my life seen a business that turns away customers like this. Too busy my ass! They had a half dozen driver's ed cars sitting unused in the parking lot. If you're too busy, then hire more trainers! Read Less

They definitely have more students than they can accommodate. They only allow you to schedule two drive times per month and they are always booked (new rule put in place AFTER they took my money). We can't even get on the schedule. Terrible. Booked solid all the time.  STAY AWAY. Read Less

Beware-management (Tammy) rude and unhelpful and avoids phone calls!  Read 1st yelp review and this review.  Classroom instruction good and drive instructors good however you will experience a tremendous amount of difficulty scheduling drive times and the headache is not worth it.  Very rude managment when you call to speak with someone regarding scheduling issues - suddenly enforcing new rules that were not in effect when we joined is not good business. Being a parent of fifteen year girl, she has been constantly bugging us about getting going with this.  Their cars and vans are parked in the lot.  This particular store is right be Krogers and at Northeast corner of Lake Forest and El Dorado.The woman we met was very personable.  We will be signing her up with them.  I like the fact that they will shuttle kids from Boyd over to their site.  They takes that inconvenience away from the parents.The person we talked also was very reassuring.  The place looks like it has all the makings to satisfy the teenager.  There are soda and fast food machines.  It looks like a pretty laid comfortable place.  My daughter is somewhat scared and excited about getting this done.  The prices are reasonable.  I am kind of surprised that I am the first respondent.
