I want to thank the owner of the school (Eddie) – he created a very good and very professional team of instructors. Michael is a very good instructor, he explained the most difficult part (pre-trip inspection) very clearly. Junior and Teddy know their stuff and they quickly noticed my driving mistakes and explained how to fix them – Teddy taught me offset and parallel parking, he was good and patient. Deborah was very helpful as well – she helped me with the driving schedule a lot and I did not even have to take off my job much because of this. These guys are great, their team is great. Because they are so good at what they do, I was able to pass the driving test on my first try – couldn’t have done that without their help. Thank you all so much. I hired Austin CDL Services to help me obtain my CDL license. Eddie and Eric both have a way of making this process easy. I had never even been in a large truck until the first day of driving with Austin CDL Services and a little less than two weeks later, I passed my driving skills test with a 99%. They will also provide you with instruction and study material for all 5 of the written exams. I drove with both Eddie and Eric and they are both very thorough and have a way of explaining things so that you GET IT! They give you unlimited time in the truck until you are confident and ready to take the driving test. They also have a good relationship with the DPS office so there is minimal stress on test day. Awesome instructor...competent staff...and the most affordable compared to ACC.Eddy put me in the truck after he showed me the route so I knew where I was going and what to do. Awesome school! I just scored 100% on my driving test, now have a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement. I always have loved driving and had a lot of fun with my trainer. I had trouble understanding how to reverse with a trailer and over several driving sessions now I can control the trailer with ease! I do not own a personal vehicle and live in South Austin, but that was no problem, because a trainer was always able to pick me up from the nearest bus stop. So do not be discouraged if the office is far away from you, they will take care of you. Totally worth the 1.5 hour bus trip to here. 10-4 Read Less
