You are totally right, I have changed my star rating, have never reviewed before. Wouldn't let me post until I hit the star. I welcome honest reviews, even if they are not in our favor, criticism makes us better. Makes us do better, makes us work harder. I'm sorry not everyone has a good experience with us, it means we failed you, and that's not good enough and I'm sorry. This school has been in business since 1976, some parents went to this school, so we have had a good relationship with this community for a long time. We've had over 7,000 students through our doors, since I've been here.
So, before you come see us, let me just make it clear, you cannot sign up for a class unless you have all the required documents. This policy works for us, we have it posted on our website, on our paperwork and in our building. I respect the policies of other businesses.
Sometimes I have to say no to people, and that makes them a little upset, I'm sorry that it happens, but it does. I try to be as professional and as positive as I can with all of my customers. I'm sorry people get frustrated at not being able to sign up.
