Owner is ridiculously.She might need to get herself some help.Ok I completed 15 out of 16 days and the last day she was just so rude and disrespectful.I don't know if its the way I look or how I do thing's but she didn't let me finish my last day because of a mistake on a project.So, in the end she cheated my grandma out of money and would recommend that no one come here to learn to drive until she gets that act together.Like everyone else there is cool no problems but when it comes to her it's so difficult.She ruined my experience with how she treated me. I never had so much disrespect and trouble with anyone in my life.

We have used them for both of our girls, and had wonderful experiences with them. They are under new management and most recently, I don't even have words to explain how friendly and helpful they were. I would recommend them as a 5 star driver's ed program. They got us so organized and my daughter passed with a 98. She felt comfortable and confident and even the DPS examiner commented on what good skills she has. We LOVE Drive Trainers!!!!!

This is an amazing driving school and I recommend everyone teen/adult to take classes and your test here! ONE THING I MUST MENTION , is that I believe the google reviews on this establishment are horrible and prejudiced. I don’t pretend to know what experience they had with the owner and staff but in my experience has been one of great joy and excitement. I needed to get my license quickly due to a job offer I really wanted to accept with a world-renowned company. Cindy and the rest of her team made me feel comfortable and taught me everything i needed to know about driving and more importantly defensive driving. I was able to get my license within 3 months and passed my road test with a 90. I am an electrical engineering student with TTU and they accomodated my busy school schedule, as well as, scheduled last minute drives when I needed them. If you are straight forward with them and polite you will have a really great experience with this company!

I wish I had read the reviews prior to taking my daughter here. I would have gone somewhere else for sure. Although the course and course instruction was decent, there are NO OTHER redeeming qualities for this business. No one is ever there to answer the phone, messages are not acknowledged, and phone calls are not returned. I don't know how they've managed to stay in business this long. Take your $$ elsewhere!! You will definitely regret working with this place.

I DO NOT recommend this school! If you can, go to the other driving school in town. This school is very unorganized. We've been through soooo much BULLSHIT with them and the damn DPS office because of this driving school. My daughter still hasnt been able to take her driving license test 8 months later!!! 1. Because they did not give us the right paper to take to the DPS office the first time we tried and 2. when we got the right paper they didn't fill it out properly the second time!! TO PUT IT NICELY...THEIR IDIOTS!!!

I would at least give this school a decent review if the manager wasn't so rude and unprofessional. Most of the time she won't be here and always promises us that she will ask every question we have to her in a timely manner. She doesn't respond to calls and texts and we had to wait a week for her so we can ask her in face to face. Also, the classes always start late up to half an hour and the material is often off topic about a bunch of nonsense junk that isn't related to driving at the slightest. Whatever you do, don't waste $300 at this school for a course that won't teach you squat and use it elsewhere that can actually benefit you.

I should have read the reviews, before taking my teen to Drive Trainers. They have horrible customer service. When, I would call they would say to do everything online or I got incorrect information. When, you question their actions, they throw the contract in your face. I highly recommend to take your teenager elsewhere. I definitely will NOT be taking my other child to Drive Trainers.

I got a ticket and it required a copy of my driving record, which I had never had to do before. Their website said to call their office to ask about it. I called, and first the secretary said that they didn't offer that service. Then when I read the line off the website, she said that she had never heard of it before. When I called a different driving school, they knew exactly what I was talking about and offered to help with it for free. I'd skip this place for somewhere that knows what they're doing!

We have used them for both of our girls, and had wonderful experiences with them. They are under new management and most recently, I don't even have words to explain how friendly and helpful they were. I would recommend them as a 5 star driver's ed program. This is an amazing driving school and I recommend everyone teen/adult to take classes and your test here! ONE THING I MUST MENTION , is that I believe the google reviews on this establishment are horrible and prejudiced. I don’t pretend to know what experience they had with the owner and staff but in my experience has been one of great joy and excitement. I wish I had read the reviews prior to taking my daughter here. I would have gone somewhere else for sure. Although the course and course instruction was decent, there are NO OTHER redeeming qualities for this business. No one is ever there to answer the phone, messages are not acknowledged, and phone calls are not returned. I don't know how they've managed to stay in business this long. Take your $$ elsewhere!! We've been through soooo much BULLSHIT with them and the damn DPS office because of this driving school. My daughter still hasnt been able to take her driving license test 8 months later!!! 1. I would at least give this school a decent review if the manager wasn't so rude and unprofessional. Most of the time she won't be here and always promises us that she will ask every question we have to her in a timely manner. She doesn't respond to calls and texts and we had to wait a week for her so we can ask her in face to face. Also, the classes always start late up to half an hour and the material is often off topic about a bunch of nonsense junk that isn't related to driving at the slightest. Whatever you do, don't waste $300 at this school for a course that won't teach you squat and use it elsewhere that can actually benefit you.

I should have read the reviews, before taking my teen to Drive Trainers. They have horrible customer service. When, I would call they would say to do everything online or I got incorrect information.
