The programme itself is so-so. They do well with teaching the material, but they focus WAY toouch on driving under the influence. It's good for parents, but having gone through a week of "learning" about drug-related-accidents, I felt I had had enough. They seemed to be so repetitive that I couldn't find myself to listen the entire time. As for the teachers... Well I liked it there for the first few days, but then my personal problems at home (made worse by mental disorders) came in the equation and WOW; they aren't sensitive to that. I remember vividly, drawing around my notes while we watched a funny instructional video (presumabley) from the 90's. The director of the school (who was filling in for the regular teacher) very rudely called me out by making a question/remark about my drawing in class. This wouldn't have been a big deal, but being in an emotional state at the time and knowing half the classroom from school, it was humiliating and took the last straw out of me. I may be bias due to my bad experiences there, but overall it was an easy and enjoyable (for some) programme. Read Less

Website course is dry and boring, repeats itself a number of time and statistics are dated by several years.  Final course certificate (needed to dispense traffic violation) was either not sent or was lost in the mail.  Second certificate was promised to be send priority with tracking number.  It was not.  Finally had to raise this up within their management to get it sent ground in 3-5 days.  We will see if the third time is a charm.  Suggest trying another couse. With so many schools with similar names, I hope that I am reviewing the correct one.The web page was so UN-user friendly, that I called to make sure this would remove my ticket and was accredited.  The rep was very nice and said that everything would be taken care of, just sign up and pay the money.I did that, to find that I had been enrolled in the discount program.  In fact, they put the wrong name on my documentation.  This course was more like 12 hours with a lot of repeat information.  I was not sent the correct certificate and I was charged an ADDITIONAL $10 because they enrolled me in the wrong course.  The court had to overrule their mistake but I still do not have the extra money charged.  They kept it.  Then they sent me emails acting like I signed up for the wrong course on purpose.    They are so unorganized, do not know the facts of their own credentials and misguided me from step one.  Find another school which will put in writing what you should sign up for and the miscellaneous fees you will be charged. Their web site states five hours of instruction with one hour of breaks.  At over nine hours, when does it end?  Find another class.Seriously, this is beyond ridiculous.  They claim one thing - less time, but actually EXCEED the an in-class school. 9 hours and 12 minutes. Read Less
