We used this course three years ago and it was fine but I do not recommend it now. Something has changed and we keep getting held up with responses like “there must be some kind of computer glitch” and “we will send this to IT” but Nothing happens. My child is frustrated because he cannot get his permit. Read Less

I purchased the online safety course. Their stupid voice verification system is completely useless. It locked me out more than three times. And every time it locks you out, you need to wait 3 hours for support to get to you. I could've taken this course 2 times in person by this time. THEN the online chat agent made me call the line and wait ANOTHER three hours to get a refund. Read Less

It was terrible, I don't recommend. It wouldn't load (very glitchy) and the customer service either left me on hold, or told me to try later, it never worked Don't use this site. I had to start over ... Read More

This is not a six hour online safety course, more around eight hours. I was able to watch six out of twenty videos. Videos have questions right after they are done. I have sent over ten emails to them... Read More
This is not a six hour online safety course, more around eight hours. I was able to watch six out of twenty videos. Videos have questions right after they are done. I have sent over ten emails to them and not one response back in over two weeks. I do not recommend this online course. Read Less

If I could give negative stars I would, I'm lost for words, the customer service is surreal, it is beyond the worst customer service I've ever encountered by far, as of matter of fact this is the only damn company I've ever dealt with that doesn't answer the damn phone at all, I've called multiple times for half an hour during the day and late at night with no success, the first time I called I had the option to be on a waiting list and later in the day they called me for 1 second and hung up, I didn't even get the chance to answer, they also don't reply to your emails, I've been trying to get a refund but they haven't responded. Unbelievable... Read Less

Worse experience. They take your money and don't even send the correct information on your certificates. They don't send you all the papers you paid for and don't issue you a refund. Horrible!
