I was disappointed with how they handled things. At first everything was ok we paid what needed to be paid then they told us we needed to pay the balance before a certain day. Having the money the due date passed us by one day. We paid the later fee which was crazy but oh well. Then my son had his dates set for his driving sessions until the school called me and asked if they could reschedule my sons date due to family matters. I agreed with no problem well of course this pushes my sons date back but ok. Then my son misses his session and they charge me 30$ because he cancelled his last date. Hmmm when they called and cancelled with me I didn't charge them! I called and I was very angry and I told them that this technically this was there fault because they pushed my sons sessions back he was still going due to the cancelled session they had done on my son. But I didn't charge them. Things happen and sometimes appointments get moved around. It was ok when they did it but not my son. Both me and my husband were angry. Well needless to say they returned the 30$ back to my son after I told them. Then the following week my son takes his driving test and they charge him another 10$ for a video they claimed they told me when I called to complain about the extra charge. I guess they were going to recoup whatever they could from the 30$. They claimed they told me about when I was on the phone with them About the extra charges due to the cancellation. I'm currently enrolled to their school and the service is ok. I wouldn't say it's the best. To start off, in Harlingen the class doesn't even have real tables. They give you a tiny table that is vertically half of a normal sized one. Also, the instructor who supervised my class seemed to be always in a mood and treated everyone as if we were going to be in trouble with the law or something along the lines. The instructor had said clearly that we are not allowed to talk about any of our personal lives but I knew more than half of her life. They don't like to be behind schedule and have everyone on their toes, but they are ALWAYS changing the class time. So it's not that convenient. You're supposed to get a break (5 min per hour) each day during class (class is 2 hrs daily), so 10 min in total. More than once we've worked from beginning to end of class without break. If I had to do this again I wouldn't have chosen to attend to this school. Read Less
