Worst experience ever! They allowed an Employee's Girlfriend to pick up my Daughter who didn't even work for All American Driving School. The Lady did nothing but Curse at My Daughter! My Daughter Did Not have Any experience Driving, just her permit. I didn't pay her a penny! She kept texting me saying she wanted her $45 cash! I told her you cursed at My Daughter the whole time she was driving, you had her crying you will not get a penny from me! My Husband and I went to All American Driving School and spoke to the receptionist. She had nothing to say but "Oh Sorry" Really!?? What is wrong with you people!? The calls and texting from the so called instructor got so bad we went to Garland Police Dept to show them the texts. At No Time Ever were we contacted by Management or Owners of All American Driving School. At no time should My Daughter have had to deal with a crazy lady picking her up to be verbally abused! Do not go here!!! I paid over $300 just to have my little brother take 7 driving section here due to a busy schedule. They told me he would be picked up from Wylie High School to do the sections but no one came. He waited for 2 hours! Not only that but it happened twice. When I try to voice my dissatisfaction about the service and standards of the place, they referred me to the secretary who couldn't be any rudder. She raised her voice at me and simply told me that the owner and her cannot do anything about it. In conclusion, NO STANDARDS, HORRIBLE SERVICE, and IRRESPONSIBLE. Don't trust them. Read Less

NOT RECOMMENDED! Poor customer service and management skills. They mess up drive time schedules and then charge you no show fees for drive times you did not schedule and charge no show fees for cancellations that were done way before the 24 hour window. We paid a good deal of money to take the student classes. However, when the time came to take the 7 required driving courses, there are not enough slots for students to take. Supposedly, you can take 2 classes a week. In reality, you need to call in daily to see if there are any cancellations to get a class. Very disorganized. Do not enroll your son or daughter here - it will literally take six months to take all seven driving courses and only if you call in at least twice per week. Read Less

so far having a hard time even enrolling.  the girl at front desk said to go on line to get forms but she herself had never seen them so was unhelpful.  I suggested she go on line to become familiar but she said they had no computer!   Not sure I want to pre-pay for 14 hours of driving time 9 months out - this company could be out of business by then. They gladly took our money upon registration and then proceeded to tell us there were no driving times for 4-6 weeks. Once we finally signed up for drive times, they were cancelled at the last minute.  I felt that they were extremely disorganized and would give us conflicting information based on who was working the front desk. We use the location in Plano on Park and Midway. I would NOT recommend using this school. Read Less

What Alan said in 2013 is the same today! You pay your stuck!!! When it comes down to scheduling drive times, it's very hard!!! They overbook and allow only to scheduled 2 drive times at a time. Would recommend another drive school for your child not this place. Not worth the headache! Had to pay an additional $50 because we could not schedule all drive times within the allotted time. I feel a company teaching students to drive should obey all traffic laws. Yet everyday for 3 weeks around 245 at rowlett high school the man driving the shuttle disregards the school zone. He has flown threw every single day and fails to stop for students in the crosswalks at the schhol. Not a very good example you are setting. Read Less

I've been with All American Driving for a good time now and I'm so impressed with the atmosphere and kind teachers that are present there. Today, got my permit certificate, although it's $20, it's worth it because you avoid long lines and taking the test at the DPS. Linus Walton is the manager on site and he is simply the best instructor you can have. He has a long time experience being an educator and a principal for 5 years before retiring into driving school. Don't let that fool you, Linus is top notch material and has a lot of good and wise words to share with his students. Overall, it's a great place. I highly recommend it. One thing they could improve in though is possibly update a few on their learning guides but everything they have is still in working order. Thanks, All American! Read Less

The receptionist is very rude, and inattentive. Have had to practically beg for scheduled times and information regarding getting our child's drivers license. Every time we go in there is always something else she has neglected to tell us, requiring more driving around trying to gather paperwork to get this done. The actual instruction and classes were good but the receptionist needs to be replaced with someone more competent. Just for that reason it has made this a very bad experience that has stressed us to no end. We recommend you find some other place until this one gets their act together. Read Less
