Horrible driving school! I went to their Plano location and was able to get a couple drive times in with great difficulty (too crowded, overbooked). However, they decided to close that location a few months ago and they told us that they would call back when another drive time was available. The problem is, they never called or let us know. DO NOT GO HERE! Drive times are near impossible to get! I missed 3 classes, and made up every single one. On my last drive time (which took me 9 months to get) I am told that I need to make up one class (Which I already made up). I knew this was false, so I called the office and told them, and they said I need to make up 2 classes. So now, 9 months later, I have to complete 2 classes that I completed quite a long time ago. Too many kids enrolled in one location. Drive times are very difficult if not almost impossible to get. The notification of available drive times needs to be looked at and something new come up with. Either an email that goes out when drive times are available or an app with notifications. The driving instructors are fantastic. It's just the program itself that seems extremely disorganized. The classroom portion is good but but is IMPOSSIBLE to get drive times. The most frustrating part is when you call and tell them you log in daily to check for availability and the tell you that you need to check multiple tines every day. Clearly they don't have enough driving instructors. Its hard to pay that much money only to find out you will have the burden of logging on the website constantly in hope to see an availability. There are no drive times available. They claim this is due to summer rush, but we have been unable to get a drive time since July.. its now December. They promised to call us when spots are available. They never called. They do not return the entire balance when they fail to deliver driving instruction. DO NOT TAKE DRIVING INSTRUCTION HERE. The classroom portion was ok. Scheduling for drive times is impossible. It was a miracle that we were able to get 2 drive times in November. It is always full. Our contract ends in Feb and we only have 2 drive times so far. The school refuses to give people whose contracts are ending the priority to sign up first. The school never tells you when they post the new openings either. They claim that they add new drive times every day but I have not seen anything available yet. We have been on the will call list too but nothing is ever available. If I had known, I would have enrolled my son at a different driving school. Read Less

The intent of the school is very good.   That said, it is a very poorly run business, especially for the relatively hefty price tag it demands.  Drive time scheduling is worse than trying to get something done efficiently through the DMV. And when you actually do get a drive time, which has worse odds than winning the lottery, the effectiveness is minimal.I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for getting your teen driving lessons.   Yes, North Dallas is growing rapidly, but they run the business so poorly they are not even close to keeping up. This school overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations as a parent.  My first daughter received driving instruction at another school and it was a nightmare.  So I parent taught my second daughter. . .ugh, not only was it a confusing process to do on your own, I honestly think it's not good for the parent-child relationship.  :-)   This time, for my third daughter, I thought I would try a different school. I am so HAPPY we chose this school.  What a pleasant experience!  They made the entire process "stress free" for busy parents.  The website is user friendly and very convenient.  Whenever I needed guidance and/or assistance, I would call the office.  The staff always answered the phone (most schools do not).  Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful.  They obviously like their job and really care about the kids (again, this is hard to find!)  The classroom instruction was EXCELLENT.  My daughter came home from class and even taught me a few things. When it was time for her to do her drive times, my daughter was very nervous.  She is a sweet and sensitive girl and was a little anxious about getting behind the wheel.  Having teenagers out on the road is actually a very serious matter.  We want our kids to be a little anxious and take it very seriously.  However, I was worried she was a little too anxious about it, as whenever she drove with me she would get super nervous to the point where she didn't want to drive.  I have heard wonderful things about several of the instructors.  But my daughter really wanted her drive time with Barry because he was her classroom instructor and she really liked him.  Well, I owe a great deal to Barry because this man is wonderful.  I can not say enough good things about him.  He has a very gentle and kind teaching approach. . .this is soooooo important when working with sensitive teens (and not easy to find).  My daughter comes home from her drive times excited about what she learned from Barry.  After every lesson, the instructor emails the parents with a grade and specific suggestions for improvement.  This was invaluable for us because it gave us an idea of what exactly we as parents could focus on with her.  I can't imagine a more stressful job than teaching teens how to drive.  It takes a special person to do this job and an even more special person to do this job exceptionally well.  I don't usually write reviews, however, finding the right driving school for your child can be a difficult task.  I wanted to help other parents out there looking for a positive driving experience for the children, as well as themselves.  WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END :-) Read Less

BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE...It is impossible to schedule a drive time at this school.  They take over $400 dollars from you and leave out the information that they do not have enough drive times to cover the amount of students they take in every week.  They do not tell you the date they release the drive times either.  It becomes a full time job of checking the computer every hour in hopes that a drive time appears. When they start several new classes a week with 20-30 kids in classes and only have 4 drive times available on a majority of the days...you do the math.  They also do not any seniority either.  A kid who started the program in July is fighting for the same spots of the classes that start that week.  This school takes a minimum of 6 months to complete.  I wish I would of taken my money to a business that was honest with their customers.  I have been trying to get one more drive time for 2 months now.  Here's the sad part...if you can't get your times in the school charges you a penalty fee.  Wow, that seems fair...too many students...business can't uphold their end of contract with you...then fines you.  Seems like Better Business Bureau should be on top of this to warn future customers. We did not check yelp before paying and shame on us. We have checked for 3 MONTHS and have not been able to schedule a drive time. Also, the instructor Scottie H talked on the phone, had the radio on and made a "Racetrack run" with students. Unacceptable. We would NOT go to this school again and suggest you don't just use them because they are close...you will regret it. Read Less

In-class portion was okay, but try scheduling the drive time... it is absolutely impossible. We could not schedule any drive time for almost two months and nothing is available for another month and a half - nothing is posted after that. Either they need to stop taking so many students or hire more drive time instructors.I ended up canceling the drive portion and requested a refund almost two weeks ago and still have not received it.
