Class room is great! Drive times are far out but is expected because there are lots of students. The driving instructors are very calm and patient. I loved it.

Classroom portion for my daughter was fine. The behind the wheel portion was another story. Scheduling is months out and months apart and only allowed to schedule a couple at a time. On top of that They reschedule you as they feel. The man at the school was extremely rude and condescending to my wife, not once but multiple times. We canceled the rest of our drive times and finished at another school who got us in the next day and were done in June instead of end of July.

Honestly I am only giving it a one star because the classroom portion seems to be alright it is just the rest of the experience at the driving school. My daughter couldn't get Drive times, they are booking months in advance. When called six months prior to her being able to test we couldn't schedule but one drive time and that was two months out. The gentleman that works there is completely rude and condescending when you are trying to talk to him to understand why they function that way they do. With our children's activities we needed our daughter to obtain her license as quickly as possible. They do not care they feel since they "are the only ones around here, we can't meet everyone's needs" (verbatim what I was told). There is no scheduling system so Drive times are mixed up all the times then they act like it is our problem when we can't meet the one appointment they have that's not a month out. We finally had enough and finished her last driving time at Safe start in Rowlett. Which btw is organized and taking a lot of transfers from this driving school. I will never let anyone I know attempt to waste their hard earned dollar on a company that one doesn't care that they are not meeting the needs of the community which they try to brag that they serve. Secondly I wouldn't want anyone to be spoken to the way that I was when I was trying to explain my frustration.

Sorry bunch of people. My granddaughter started in November. Finished her class room training. Completed her adult supervision driving. Has now been over 4 months and they are over booked for instructor driving training. Only getting one 2 hour class a month. Then they cancelled 2 on her. All the money has been paid so now they don't care. Why the state doesn't shut them down is beyond me.

These folks have absolutely no clue what they're doing. My son has been going there for almost a year and he still has 2 more drive times to schedule. Here is a list of some of the issues we've had and I hope this helps save some of you from doing business with these people:
- There is no system to schedule your drive times and you are at their mercy to be called when they have an opening. They don't realize that most people aren't just waiting by their phone, ready for them to call.
- Their hours are posted on their front door and they are rarely open during those hours.
- They have the nerve to ask us to fill out a "variance form" stating why we are still not finished with the drive times in the 6 month period you're supposed to complete them. Hello? We should be giving THEM this stupid form and demanding answers.
- The method they use to call students for available drive times is a spiral notebook with many many pages of names and there is no rhyme nor reason to how they pick the names. Seems more likely to win the lottery than to be called for a drive time.
- Instructors are rude and don't create an environment suitable for learning how to drive.
In summary, go somewhere else to find a reputable company to give your business to. These clowns will only frustrate you and turn what should be an exciting new chapter of your child's life into a glimpse into hell.

They are very rude! They have no respect for everyone and are very demanding, they treat you like you are a 5 year old. It is always busy, they never have any openings. I've been going there for 8 months and still won't get my license for a few more months.

This particular all American driving school, is an absolute mess.
This is due to the fact, that they switch secretaries every week.
I personally and many others in my community, have gotten schedule mix ups with this business. And then after they mess up, they still expect you to pay the " no show fine".
even after they know, they`re the ones who screwed up your schedule date. I do not recommend this place, just to be on the safe side; i would just drive an extra couple of minutes to get to another driving school.

Classroom portion for my daughter was fine. The behind the wheel portion was another story. Scheduling is months out and months apart and only allowed to schedule a couple at a time. Honestly I am only giving it a one star because the classroom portion seems to be alright it is just the rest of the experience at the driving school. I personally and many others in my community, have gotten schedule mix ups with this business. And then after they mess up, they still expect you to pay the " no show fine".
