I was very disappointed with the service that was provided. Both Mr.Angel and his wife were impeccably rude. It took ages for me to finally get a driving appointment and when I did it was months away so my mom asked for a reminder call in advance. The woman called the day of at 6:00pm but by that time it was too late; I had missed 3 hours meaning I had to pay $90. My mom was upset but she couldn’t go talk to the instructor because she was stuck at work so she sent my dad. He later then drove me to my classes and waited for the owners to arrive. As soon as Mr.Angel got there we entered and my dad spoke in behalf of my mom. My dad was a bit clue less in respect to what was going on so he called my mom. She wanted to speak to Mr.Angel but he refused to get the phone. He said “ you’re here so I’m going to speak with you”. Finally he agreed to speak with my mom but he was extremely disrespectful and hung up on her. He told my dad “ is plain and simple, either you pay or leave”. They clearly do not care about their customers. He later on suspended my permit. I do not recommend this program to anybody. I learned nothing at all during the writing portion. She made us read off the books and copy quick notes but took little time in explaining the information we needed to know. I struggled in passing my exams. Read Less

This was a really bad experience and a lot of headaches I don't recommend this school to anyone. The employees do not communicate well with the agency they are contracted with. My son and I paid $75 for driving test and did not receive his paper work to submit to the DPS. We were lied to by RST driving school in Edinburg, and are very disappointed with lack of communication between both party's. My son still his not received his drivers license till this day, due to RST with holding his paper work because they thought we did not pay. When in reality we have proof of receipt. My husband and I went down to RST to figure out what we needed to do for our son and why nothing had been processed when he clearly passed his driving test and we still hadn't received any word. We called RST due to no response and finally after 2 weeks the employee at RST driving school promised they would submit our sons paperwork. But this was not the case we still had to pick up the paperwork ourselves because our sons friends told him that's what they did. Mind you no one at RST told us we had to do this, we heard this by word of mouth. I don't recommend this place to anyone, unless you like driving back and forth and lots of headaches. Read Less

This is a great school. The teachers are great, they are very patient, well explain, helpful and friendly, the way they treat you not only friend, student but family. After taking classes here I got my confidence to drive again. Read Less
