If I could leave less than one star I would. The owner is unprofessional and disrespectful. They make up rules and drive times as they go along. Every time you speak with a different person in the office you get a different answer. This course was a gift from my son's grandmother but had I known we would have just gone to a more reputable school. DON'T DO It!!!! Read Less

My daughter went through this program lat year. Stay Away! The classroom lessons are taught via VCR tapes from the 80's. And although their website stated instructor led hands on driving, they stick you with a 30 hour parent log and said"the state requires this". No matter how convenient the hours and location are, this is a bad idea. Read Less

Yes. I give it 5 stars. Why? Because I learned what I went there to learn. I can understand why everyone has rated it 1 star. It's not the most beautiful building or office, it may seem a bit unorganized, and sometimes the teachers might get upset easily. But what was good, they know what they are teaching and make sure you do too. The manager and owner is a very nice person, she has never yelled at anyone, and was even flexible enough that she came in on her off hours so that I could get extra drive time. In the classroom, they make us write down all the questions and the answers so that we know to full extent what is being taught. If you have a question, the teachers are very eager to answer. They are strict about cell phone usage, but that is good because if your parent paid 310$ for you to learn how to drive, you should learn how to drive, not sit on your cell phone. If you miss a night, you are required make up work, so that you don't get behind, which is good. Bottom line, yes there are flaws, but why did you take your kids to quad cities, to learn. And that, I did. Thank you Mrs Pothan and Mrs. Judy!Read Less

I started teaching my kid to drive through a parent taught drivers education program. I really dropped the ball and didn't do a good job especially with the student drive time. I was just to busy with a new business to give her the time behind the wheel she needed. The Quad Cities website says "...Includes full classroom course, required in-car driving, and permit testing at Quad Cities." I went in person and told the lady why I was enrolling my daughter in the course and she said they would take care of everything. Two weeks into the course my daughter came home with a driving log requiring 30 hours of drive time with a parent. When I questioned them the next day, they were very defensive and had obviously been in that discussion before. I pulled her out and finished our original course. Buyer beware. And no, they wouldn't give me a refund. Read Less

From the beginning there was problems with this school the building and area it is located is not clean or safe. The teachers are not on top of there students. They do not keep accurate attendance records witch cause problems and confusion that take a lot of time to sort of and is very inconvenient. The woman who runs the school is very unprofessional has an attitude problem and lacks people skills there was always a hassle I would not recommend this school to anybody planning on taking a driving course.
