Yes. I give it 5 stars. Why? Because I learned what I went there to learn. I can understand why everyone has rated it 1 star. It's not the most beautiful building or office, it may seem a bit unorganized, and sometimes the teachers might get upset easily. But what was good, they know what they are teaching and make sure you do too. The manager and owner is a very nice person, she has never yelled at anyone, and was even flexible enough that she came in on her off hours so that I could get extra drive time. In the classroom, they make us write down all the questions and the answers so that we know to full extent what is being taught. If you have a question, the teachers are very eager to answer. They are strict about cell phone usage, but that is good because if your parent paid 310$ for you to learn how to drive, you should learn how to drive, not sit on your cell phone. If you miss a night, you are required make up work, so that you don't get behind, which is good. Bottom line, yes there are flaws, but why did you take your kids to quad cities, to learn. And that, I did.
