Don't come here! Came with my husband just wanted some basic information about classes etc. Caucasian lady was helping my husband but I came in and simply asked if they take the drivers on the freeway. She went off. Yelled at me saying " Why would we take them on the freeway if they don't know how to drive??" " Go ahead and try another driving school because I don't know any who do that!" It was like she was possessed or something I couldn't get a word in. My husband had already paid but because of how she was acting we asked for a refund of our $120 for the two classes.   She was so rude said, You have to come in the morning we are closed now. So my husband and I came back the next day after we got off work and yes we did get the money put back in our account. Don't go here! Prices are ridiculously high and she was wrong. Found a nice place with great customer service in Plano called DFW driving school. They have a great deal that includes 4 driving lessons for $170!  And they schedule the lessons right in the office oh and they take you on the freeway too lol  Not like this fraud company where it's only 2 lessons for $120 and they give you a dumb password and login to schedule lessons where most of the times are booked. Again don't come here go to DFW driving school in Plano. The lady is very rude avoid her drama.. God Bless Read Less

The school is very busy which is great for them but pretty much every time I have called I have had to leave a message for call back. My son completed his course in June and since then we have been trying to schedule drive times which are very rare to find. After you finish paying for the class you're really at their mercy to get drivetime which kind of sucks. We did what we could to find date I just did not want him driving one day and then driving to weeks later I prefer to have the dates close together but that seems impossible at this point. His school announced a last minute scrimmage game and I went into try to cancel and discovered that I no longer have my username and password with me. I called the school once again and I left a message with no call back but when I went into cancel I was 22 hours into the 24 hour penalty which locked me out and create a situation where I have to pay $25 to get back into schedule drive time. I explained this to the lady that answered the phone today and she said if there was a sickness or emergency or something like that she would waive it but I would have to pay the $25 so I guess I should've basically lied but I was being honest and letting them know that I did try to call them to get the credentials to cancel by the way I didn't notice someone took the appointment quickly so it was not as if they lost money. Being a business owner myself I have learned in most cases it's not worth losing a customer for future referrals over things like this I always give people the benefit of the doubt and at least one chance and the next time they would be charged. I guess they are flooded with so many customers where they can continue to capitalize on fees. Read Less

Everyone was super friendly and informative! There were a few non-covered questions on the test, but it wasn't too hard to figure out.
