Possibly the absolute worst customer service in the state of Texas. First lets start with the rudest woman that I have ever spoke with answering the phones. Next is the fact that they dont seem to understand that the children that go there are paying customers not students at a high school. That they deserve to be treated as any good business would treat a paying customer. If you are looking to not get all the services you paid for this is the place for you. Do not waste your money. This place is a joke. My daughter received her permit in June. Due to the drive schedule ALWAYS being full, it is now October and she has only had 1 hr of drive time with her "Instructor". When we call and ask about it all we are told is just keep trying. Will be contacting the BBB and DPS to find an alternative. Not gonna bother w/ this waste of time and money any longer! Update: so it is now 15 days before the permit expires. We call to schedule the test and we are told that we have to pay in advance for the test. We pay the $40 yesterday and today we are told that we have to go to get the permit renewed because the only availability to take the test is AFTER her permit expires! This is crazy! So you have to know your exact schedule months before you can get a test from these rip offs??? Thank GOD I learned this before I paid for my other daughter! Will definately find somewhere else!
